Meet Bruno and Rodent, an adorable Maltese-Shih Tzu father-daughter duo who are as inseparable as they are charming. Bruno, estimated to be 3–4 years old, weighs 12 pounds and his 7-month-old daughter, Rodent—affectionately nicknamed “Ro”—is a petite 7-pound bundle of joy. Even though I’m still working on my potty training (I’m getting there!), I’m already crate trained, which means I’m super chill when it’s time for me to hang out by myself. I’m a sweet 3-year-old Shih Tzu, weighing in at 7 pounds of cuddle and charm. I may be a little shy at first, but once I get to know you, I’m your perfect little shadow. I love to observe my humans, and while I’m not the most outgoing, I’m all about being close by for cuddles or even being carried around. Stairs are still a challenge for me, but I don’t mind being pampered! I absolutely adore fabric toys of any kind, and I’m learning to love soft food—kibble is still a bit of a mystery to me. I’m still working on my potty training, and while I’m crate trained, I do need a bit more help in the outdoor department. I do best with a fenced yard, as I haven’t quite figured out potty breaks on a leash yet. I’m also still learning the ropes with leash walks—I tend to freeze up, but I do love going for a stroll in my pet stroller around the neighborhood! I’m good with dogs of all sizes, and I’d be happy to share my home with a canine buddy, though I’m just as content if I’m the only one around.
