Snapshot of Bingo: Size? Small! Activity Level? Medium - I like to snuggle the most but I'm also okay with playing outside or occasionally get the zoomies. Noise Level? Medium - I bark to let you know something is happening or when the other dogs are barking but I quiet down quickly. Good with Dogs? Yep! Although I would love to be an only dog or in a home with another calm, easy going adult dog. Good with Cats? Yes, they're SO boring. Good with Kids? I'm great with respectful kids! Good with Strangers? Yep! Potty Trained? Yep! Crate Trained? Nope, but I don't need a crate because I behave well when left alone Shedding? Minimal Bingo is a sweet adult Shih Tzu mix with a heart full of love and a soft spot for human attention—whether you're a grown-up or a kiddo, she’s all in! This little lady is the definition of a loyal companion and would love nothing more than to be your shadow throughout the day (especially if your couch is involved). She’s potty trained and trustworthy in the home, even when left alone—no crate needed! Bingo enjoys lazy afternoons relaxing next to her people, sniffing around the yard, and, of course, indulging in tasty treats. Bingo gets along well with cats (she simply ignores them), and she’s friendly with other dogs. That said, she’d thrive best as an only dog or with a mellow canine companion who respects her space. She prefers peace and quiet over puppy chaos. She does have some resource guarding tendencies with other dogs, but she’s a fantastic communicator—giving plenty of clear, respectful warnings that make it easy to manage in the right home. Bingo is looking for a calm, loving home where she can be someone’s favorite couch buddy and treat taste-tester. Brodie and his two sisters, Bubbles and Buttercup were surrendered to a kill shelter because their owners just had too many and couldn’t find homes on their own. Their mom is a long-haired Chihuahua and their daddy is a Shih Tzu and they were born on February 2nd this year so they are nine months old. Brodie has been neutered, is up-to-date on vaccines and heartworm negative. He’s also microchipped. He weighs just under 12 pounds and is probably full grown now. Brodie is great at the Vet and The Groomer and loves riding in the car. He needs a little practice on the leash and he’s making great progress on his house training. Brodie absolutely loves being held! He is a real snuggler! He would be fine with older children, and he loves his sisters so after proper intro he would like other 4 legged family members. Gizzy is a quiet and gentle soul who rarely barks. He enjoys the comfort of his crate but also loves snuggling up with his foster mom on the bed. Gizzy is highly food-motivated and can perform an impressive high jump as a trick! He loves going for walks and doesn’t mind the rain or snow. However, he might not be the best companion for serious walkers, as he enjoys stopping frequently to mark his territory. Gizzy can be a bit dominant when meeting new dogs but settles down quickly. Gizzy does well with the house bunny, both inside and outside of the cage, and has even gone inside the bunny hutch to visit with no issues. While he has a tendency to mark his spot inside when visiting new homes, he’s only done this a few times at his foster home, usually when feeling a bit jealous of the bunny. Gizzy takes his daily eye drops very well for both his foster mom and his 12-year-old foster brother. He absolutely adores belly rubs and will close his eyes in bliss when getting them.
