Story
Vader is a 4 and a half year old, intact male Siberian Husky that has been struggling with food aggression and resource guarding since his adoption in 2021. His primary caretaker, a Disabled Veteran, has been scheduled for spinal cord surgery and will be in recovery for at least 12 weeks. With that said, it is our hope to find Vader a new home or sanctuary with the resources to either rehabilitate him and/or give him a peaceful environment to live.

Story
We've had Kharma since she was 6weeks old. She is a absolute joy to be around. Very loving. She has been a inside dog her whole life, loving on her humans. She comes from a single dog home but does well with other dogs when we've taken her to other homes in visits. She is a huge softy. She loves cuddles. Shes happiest just being near her people. She turned 10 on 11/18. She had been raised with kids and does well with smaller children as well. We do not want to give her up but a series of unfortunate events had led us here. If you have the time and love to give she would make an excellent addition.

Trevor is 5 years old, I got him 2 years ago and my schedule was way different at that time. With my work schedule and a baby on the way we are unable to give him the time and exercise he needs. He is very loving to people. He has issue with cats and other smaller animals. He has never hurt another animal, but likes to chase other animals .

Story
Location: Dayton, OH Food: Beef Based Diet Medication: NexGard Plus Meet Liza Jane 💕 Liza Jane is a petite, two-year-old exotic bulldog girl with a heart that shines brighter than her past. Though her early days were marked by hardship, this little survivor has blossomed into a joyful, loving companion who is ready to start her happily-ever-after. When Liza Jane first arrived in rescue, she was coming from very difficult circumstances. She had been malnourished and was battling a painful uterine infection. It’s clear that life hadn’t always been kind to her—but you would never guess it by the sparkle in her eyes today. With proper medical care, nourishing meals, and lots of gentle love, Liza Jane has made an incredible recovery. She has stepped bravely out of her past and into a brand-new chapter filled with hope. Small in size but mighty in spirit, Liza Jane doesn’t let anything slow her down. She is energetic and absolutely loves her walks! She’s still learning the ropes when it comes to leash manners, but she approaches every outing with enthusiasm and curiosity. With a little patience and consistency, she will continue to improve each day. Liza Jane is also working hard on her potty training. When given frequent opportunities and regular walks, she does very well going potty outside. She just needs a family who will continue that consistent routine and celebrate her successes along the way. At home, Liza Jane enjoys the balance of playtime and lazy snuggle sessions. She hasn’t quite discovered the magic of toys yet—perhaps no one ever showed her how fun they can be—but with time, encouragement, and a loving family, we’re confident she’ll learn that toys can be just as joyful as belly rubs and cozy naps. She is beginning to learn her manners in her foster home and will need a family committed to continuing that training. The good news? Liza Jane is very treat-motivated, which makes her eager to learn and responsive to positive reinforcement. With consistency and kindness, she will thrive. Liza Jane’s journey is a beautiful reminder of resilience. Despite everything she has endured, she greets life with excitement and an open heart. Now all she needs is a forever family to show her that her hardest days are behind her—and that her future is filled with long walks, soft beds, patient guidance, and endless love. If you’re ready to help this brave little girl continue her transformation, Liza Jane is ready to meet you. 🐾💕 ***Adoption Process*** -All current pets in the home need to be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines and on veterinarian prescribed flea/tick/heart worm prevention. -Everyone living in the home, including all resident dogs, must be present at the meet and greet located in the Southwest Ohio area. -We DO NOT ship dogs!!!

Story
Location: Dayton, OH Food: Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein Medication: NexGard Plus Hi. I’m Derek. I’m three years old, French, and extremely soft—like velvet chocolate cloud soft. Please be respectful. I’ve had a bit of a glow-up medically. My nares and palate have been fixed, I’m neutered, and my ears had a TECA procedure after some really nasty infections. Because of that, I’m mostly deaf now—but don’t panic. I’m very good at watching my people for cues. If you move, I notice. If you sit, I appear. If you open cheese… I am already there. I like other dogs just fine, but if I’m being honest? People are my favorite. I don’t need to be an only dog, but I would also thrive as the center of your universe. I do require a fenced yard, mostly because I enjoy frequent outdoor visits. I have a small bladder and prefer not to hold important things like that. Food-wise, I’m currently on a hydrolyzed diet. I had an allergic reaction a few weeks ago (rude mystery, never identified), but I’m all better now. My diet is very exclusive: hydrolyzed food and cheese. This arrangement is non-negotiable. I am crate-trained, an excellent snuggler, and deeply devoted to my people. I will press myself against you like I’m trying to merge souls. That’s just how I love. Full transparency: I’ve had a little phase where I tried marking a few spots in the house. I’ve since been closely supervised (apparently tethered friendships are a thing), and I’m doing much better. I just need someone who watches me closely and takes me outside often. Fair trade, honestly. I’m not perfect—but I am gentle, affectionate, loyal, and very serious about cuddling. If you want a soft, soulful Frenchie who will watch you constantly and love you deeply, I think we should meet. Love, Derek 🖤🐾 ***Adoption Process*** -All current pets in the home need to be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines and on veterinarian prescribed flea/tick/heart worm prevention. -Everyone living in the home, including all resident dogs, must be present at the meet and greet located in the Southwest Ohio area. -We DO NOT ship dogs!!!

Story
Location: Cincinnati, OH Food: Hydrolyzed Protein Medication: NexGard Plus Hi , my name is Ruby . Let me tell you a little about myself . First of all, yes… it’s true. I have one ear. Before you panic, relax. I can still hear you. Sometimes you might need to clap, stomp, or make a little extra effort to get my attention, but if you yell “RUBY,” I promise you… I heard that. Probably. Mostly. Enough. Now let’s talk about my personality, because wow. I am crate trained, potty trained, and professionally hilarious. I am also extremely good at keeping myself occupied, especially if you meet my one non-negotiable requirement: 👉 An absolutely unhinged supply of Benebones. I will chew one for an HOUR. Do not test me. Do not buy just one. This is not a suggestion. This is a contract. I love humans. I will climb directly into your lap and lay down like I’ve been paying rent there my entire life. I will also bounce off every piece of furniture in your home like I’m training for the Parkour Championship Finals. Couch, wall, ottoman… nothing is safe. Dogs? I like dogs. But let’s be honest… do you like every human you meet? Exactly. Don’t judge me. I’d probably be fine with another dog in the house, HOWEVER… I will act like a WWE wrestler. I prefer to be the dominant personality. I will posture. I will be loud. I will absolutely announce my presence. Now let’s talk about cats. Listen… we are both taking a risk here. I don’t have enough life experience with cats to confidently say how I’ll react, and honestly, I’m curious too. Could I be chill? Possibly. Could I be confused? Likely. Could I stare intensely and make questionable choices? Also possible. So if you have a cat, just know… we’d all be learning together. Important medical tea ☕ I have allergies, and those allergies are actually why I had to have surgeries on my ear. So food rules are not optional, they are a lifestyle. I cannot eat chicken, duck, or turkey. If it once walked around a farm and went “cluck” or “quack,” it is NOT my friend. Stick to my approved diet and I do great. Ignore it and my body will file a formal complaint. Humans can take food or bones right out of my mouth, no problem. If another dog gets near my stuff? I jump on their back and I will deliver a very passionate, very loud TED Talk about boundaries. My facial expressions alone are worth the adoption fee. I will bring you joy all day long just by existing. I am dramatic. I am expressive. I am basically an emoji in dog form. So if you’re looking for a dog who will: • Sit in your lap • Make you laugh constantly • Chew like it’s her job • Bounce off furniture • Wrestle dogs verbally and physicality • Be honest about cats • Respect a strict diet • Hear you most of the time • And stare into your soul with judgment and love Congratulations. You found me. Love, Ruby 🐶👑 (one ear, unlimited personality) ***Adoption Process*** -All current pets in the home need to be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines and on veterinarian prescribed flea/tick/heart worm prevention. -Everyone living in the home, including all resident dogs, must be present at the meet and greet located in the Southwest Ohio area. -We DO NOT ship dogs!!!
