Story
Diesel is 7 years old. Born 11/2018 along with 8 other siblings. We did have mom & dad both (pregnancy was unplanned-we were told when we adopted mom she was fixed) Surprise! My son decided to keep Diesel as a pet, however he has his own family now therefore Diesel has been with us. Due to life changes & unforeseen circumstances we are no longer able to keep him. He's got a sensitive stomach, he does not free feed. He's very excited to see & interact with his humans. He'll be your best friend 4sure, knows basic commands, stop, stay, no, come, eat, outside and time for bed. We have a large yard for activity so he does not go on walks, he's happy with his space and privacy. Doesn't get on couch or beds. He sleeps in his space. He is crate trained however we do not use one for him. If home alone he goes into his bedroom. Yes, he has his own room and twin size mattress to chill on along with food & water.

Story
Coco is a loving and intelligent dog! He matches your energy and is the type of good boy who is just happy to be here. He will turn eight this December and has been with me since 2019 when I originally adopted him from a private owner. Coco can suffer from separation anxiety so I’m looking for a home where he can ideally be with someone who will either work with him or ensure he is not home alone for too long. He is also sensitive to sounds so ideally a single owner house as well (not an apartment)

Story
Location: Covington, KY Food: Farmina N&D Tropical Selection Salmon Medication: NexGard Plus Are you looking to feel like Peter Pan by having a shadow that will interact with you? If so, Doreen is your girl! Frenchies are called "velcro dogs", and Doreen is industrial grade. Forget about the idea of personal space... she loves people, and loves HER person the most of all. She hasn't shown much interest in toys or playing, but she loves to snuggle and on walks will insist on saying hello to every person she sees. Speaking of walks - this girl is amazing on a leash! Doreen does like kiddos, but can get a little shy if things are too noisy so she would do better in a home with kids who are a little older. She likes other dogs too, but the same rules apply - if they're high energy or vocal, they probably won't be a great match for her. She does love to cuddle up with her foster sister at bed time, so a dog that can match her energy would be wonderful but she would also love to be the star of the show in a home where she's the only four-legged resident. If you want a sidekick who will follow you to the ends of the earth as long as there's a comfy bed, pillow, or blanket to curl up on, Doreen might be your girl! ***Adoption Process*** -All current pets in the home need to be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines and on veterinarian prescribed flea/tick/heart worm prevention. -Everyone living in the home, including all resident dogs, must be present at the meet and greet located in the Southwest Ohio area. -We DO NOT ship dogs!!!

Story
Location: Centerville, OH Food: Blue Buffalo Salmon and Brown Rice Medication: NexGard Plus, Forti Flora This pint sized pup made quite an entrance to rescue with his insides trying to visit the outside world (rectal prolapse). After emergency surgery to correct this and neuter (while in Rome, right?) Timmy spent the next couple weeks healing up from that ordeal before returning to the vet to have his nares and palate surgeries. So what do I know about this teeny boy? He is tiny. He weighed 25 1/2 on arrival but didn’t have a waist at all. Now he is 21 1/2 and is perfectly sized for his frame. He can’t wear any clothes because all of them are too long for his body or his legs if they fit his chest. I know that he is working hard on potty training, but the background of his surgery combined with the aftermath of his surgery has made it hard to tell what his baseline is. He will go outside, but we have had a few accidents that have gotten fewer in number the longer he’s had to heal but will need more time and consistency in his new home. I know he is food motivated. He knows SIT and NO. He is crate trained. He loves to follow you or his foster siblings around everywhere. He cuddles and plays, but is a more reserved player with the other dogs. What I don’t know…if Timmy likes cats, although he is a perfect gentleman with our free roam rabbit. So my guess is that he would likely do fine with cats. I’m not sure how potty training will look for his future. I don’t know how he does on walks as it got very cold before we could get out for any lengthy walks. Lastly, I know he is absolutely super stinking adorable!

Story
Location: Dayton, OH Food: Zignature Trout and Salmon Medication: NexGard After being surrendered by an out-of-state puppy mill, this 2½-year-old French Bulldog arrived in Ohio without even a name. While searching for French inspiration, we came across “Mon chéri,” meaning “my darling”—described as “a warm hug sprinkled with sweetness.” We couldn’t imagine a more perfect name for this special girl. Meet Cherie! 💕 Cherie is a nicely balanced dog: playful but not wild, laid-back but never boring, affectionate yet perfectly content to nap in her crate. She also has just enough of classic Frenchie orneriness to make things fun. She genuinely enjoys playing with other dogs, but say the word “Netflix” and she’s ready to claim her spot on the couch. She’s happy relaxing in her crate with a bone, but we also have video proof of her attempting to pick up a broomstick as if it were a toy, which, as you can imagine, did not go as planned! Cherie loves toys and one of her favorite games is dragging them outside and leaving them scattered across the yard for you to collect (she enjoys this more than you will). She’s even been known to relocate a car snow scraper to the backyard, for reasons unclear. As you may have guessed from these examples, she will try to chew on household items if given the opportunity, so a dose supervision is helpful. Cherie is crate trained, quiet in her crate, and about 90% house trained. Cold weather, however, is not her favorite—she needs a little extra encouragement to go outside when it’s cold, wet, or snowy (she’d like it noted that she is, in fact, not the postal service). She does great in the car and enjoys riding along for adventures. While no dog is perfect, Cherie’s quirks are minor, and she truly lives up to her name. Sweet, friendly, and loving with everyone she meets, both human and canine. She loves to stare up at you with big soft eyes that will melt your heart. Cherie would thrive in a home that offers plenty of cuddles, opportunities to play with other dogs, leisurely walks… and, per Cherie’s request, plenty of chew toys.
