She loves being around her people and has that classic German Shepherd devotion. She’s smart, expressive, and definitely knows how to make her opinions known. She does have significant anxiety during thunderstorms, and stressful situations can be difficult for her. Because of this, Willow would do best with someone who understands anxious dogs and is willing to give her patience, structure, and reassurance when storms roll through. At 8 years old, she’s past the crazy puppy stage, but she still has plenty of personality and life left in her. Copper is a 7mth old Treeing Walker Coonhound and is in search of a loving family who has room for him to roam and run without being on a leash. He loves to snuggle and sit on your lap. He has not been around other animals except to pass by them in a parking lot. Copper has not been around children.Since adopting him, ongoing medical issues have occurred for me, and my son travels so I do not have backup support. Copper will come with 2 leashes, retractable leash, harness, dog food, toys and a 4ft high divided cage.Up to date on shots, neutered.

Brownie is roughly 1 year and a half. She is a well behaved girl and very protective of kids. She requires land and needs exercise daily. She does not respond well to loud noises. I trained her on hand commands with a calm voice. She needs an owner with patience. I rescued her from a breeder. She has separation anxiety and needs a human who can be her companion for life. God sent her to me and we helped each other out of horrible situations. When I got her I had no intention on moving but I have to get my son and I away from Beavercreek and downsizing to an apartment and she deserves a better life. Shes only been with us for two months. She is food aggressive with others dogs but once you tell her no she listens. Best loyal companion you can ask for but you can tell she was mistreated. When I brought her in she was malnourished and taken from her pups to early. She deserves love, time and outdoor adventures. Great walker but loves all mailboxes. Has to have an owner w/ patience.

This young gentleman hasn't been at SICSA long, and we don't expect him to stick around long either with how happy and wiggly he is to meet new people! He's also done well with other dogs in playgroups at the shelter. Come meet Mongo and his satellite dish ears today!
