Story
Willow is an 8-year-old German Shepherd who is looking for a loving, patient home where she can enjoy her golden years. Willow is a loyal, people-oriented girl with a big personality. She loves being around her people and has that classic German Shepherd devotion. She’s smart, expressive, and definitely knows how to make her opinions known. She does have significant anxiety during thunderstorms, and stressful situations can be difficult for her. Because of this, Willow would do best with someone who understands anxious dogs and is willing to give her patience, structure, and reassurance when storms roll through. At 8 years old, she’s past the crazy puppy stage, but she still has plenty of personality and life left in her. Willow would do best with: * Someone experienced with German Shepherds or anxious dogs * A calm, stable home * Someone who can be patient with her during storms * A family/person who wants a loyal companion rather than a puppy * Plenty of love, consistency,

Story
Picture this: You’ve had a long day at work. The weather is dreary. Things are just…glum. But then, you feel a warm puppy head press against your leg. That’s Shaza’s way of asking for pets and offering you a bit of sunshine, even on the gloomiest days. Shaza came from an overcrowded county shelter, so we don’t know much about her past. What we do know is that she’s SO sweet, it’s enough to cause cavities! She’s also smart, eager to learn in exchange for treats, and loves entertaining herself by throwing around a toy. She does well in a crate and was very polite about not begging for her foster mom's food--even though she REALLY LOVES human food treats like cheese, chicken, pepperoni, and peanut butter. She has some of the cutest zoomies we’ve ever seen. AND. THE. EARS! Honestly, what's not to love about this gal? Give us a call or stop in to learn how to meet her! This pet is available through SICSA Pet Adoption & Wellness Center, located at 8172 Washington Church Road, Washington Township, OH 45458. We are open Monday through Saturday from 12pm-7pm. Story
Unlike the cartoon characters, this Tom and Jerry don't have a cat and mouse rivalry — they spend every moment together. These two are a closely bonded pair! They eat together, nap together, explore together... and according to their caregivers, they even go potty at the same time. If one moves, the other isn't far behind. Because they're so much happier in a home-like environment, Tom and Jerry are currently staying with our friends at HALO K9 Behavior. There, they've shown everyone what wonderful housemates they are. They're house-trained, respectful indoors, and settle in beautifully. Even when passing other barking dogs on their way to their room, they're calm and focused. Tom and Jerry may greet new people with enthusiastic barking, but it's all for show. Once they know you're a friend (especially if you happen to have popcorn), their sweet, affectionate personalities shine. They're incredibly food motivated and love learning when treats are involved. More than anything, Tom and Jerry are looking for a family who will love them the way they already love each other. Watching their bond is something truly special. It's the kind of friendship you don't see every day! Some things just belong together. Peanut butter and jelly. Mac and cheese. Tom and Jerry. If you're ready to open your heart to two best friends instead of one, Tom and Jerry are ready to meet you.

Story
An Interview with Mochi: My favorite thing to do/place to visit: anywhere as long as it comes in the form of a good walk! I want to feel my paw pads touch every blade of grass and my nose to sniff every scent that exists! When I grow up, I'll be: an influencer. I've been told I'm quite the catch and have a big personality! I want all eyes on me. Mochi is accepting brand deals, primarily from any snack or toy related brands. She does have quite the busy schedule BUT she is always keeping an eye out for emails. Maybe we can pencil you in to meet her? Call SICSA!
