Story
My teenage kids picked this lovable boy up when he ran across the road. He climbed right in the car very sweet boy. Is fixed sicsa could not locate his owner appears as though he was feed well but not an inside dog. Whoever had him did not care for him like a dog needs. He's been dewormed and washed thoroughly as he was covered in fleas. Hes missing some hair we have been putting moisturizer on to help regrow his hair. Super chill boy mostly gets along with our pit she loves the bigger dog to play with. He loves to chill and snuggles with my teen. He needs a good home where he wont be left outside.

Not good with cats, Needs experienced adopter,
Story
Hello! This is Alvin! He is a very good boy and is eager to be loved. He desires to please his caretakers and is very food motivated. He is currently over excited about getting food, but is quickly learning to be more patient. He is very good on walks and he is house broken. It seems as though he may never have actually lived indoors before be rescued, BUT he LOVES being inside! He wants to be anywhere his caretakers are. He is very smart, and although it seems he has not been trained, I believe firmly that he is very capable of learning, as he was able to learn to sit very quickly. Alvin is best suited for an experienced owner who can take the time to train him. He is submissive and initially timid and cautious, but warms up very quickly. He is tolerant and you can tug on his face and he will NOT bite. However, he has shown mixed reactions with cats. If you have any questions or know anyone looking for a dog, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Story
We adopted Nora when she was 8 weeks old from SICSA. Her birthday is 05/22/2022. She is very energetic and quick to jump around. I definitely think she deserves a back yard or regular trips to the dog park/long walks to get her energy out. She loves people, loves to play, wants to play 24/7, and is great with other dogs and kids.

Story
Meet Bella! She is an extra sweet 8 year old Pittie Mix. This girl was being rehomed with another dog in our foster. The previous rescue backed out and the morning she was to enter. There was no way we were leaving this sweet girl with nowhere to go. This is the sweetest girl. She will be greatly missed. Bella is up-to-date on all her vaccines, neutered, heartworm negative, and on prevention. Bella loves her foster brothers and sisters. She loves laying out on the patio on squirrel patrol. She enjoys toys and treats. Bella thinks she is a lap dog. She loves to snuggle and be around her humans. She will lay on the couch or in her big plushy dog bed near you. She is a very loyal companion. Bella is medium to low energy. She is a quiet girl, and rarely barks. She loves to go on car rides. She is housebroken. She doesn’t like a crate, thankfully she doesn’t need one. She loves her big plush cushy bed in the family room. This super sweet girl will definitely be missed. She loves everyone who visits and is kind to all the dogs. She is deserving of finding a home with people who will always love and care for her. Story
Meet Max a 12-year old schnauzer mix. Don’t let his age fool you he still loves to go on walks but he also just loves to lay beside his people and get loved on. Max does have arthritis and takes pills to help with his stiffness and has numerous fatty masses and a heart murmur but his blood work looked great at his checkup. Max came into rescue after his owner passed way. He weighs around 32 pounds but was previously given a lot of treats so I can see him trimming down. He will go into his dog crate during the day if you encourage him to do so. However, his foster parents trust him and he doesn’t need to be crated. He sheds lightly, UTD on his shots, neutered, microchipped and housebroken. Max loves to go for walks and walks great on a leash. He is starting getting used to a fenced in yard and understands he can go outside without a leash now and roam in the yard and chase those squirrels. Max also loves to be with his people so he would prefer someone who can he home a lot. He loves to lay under the desk while his foster mom works from home or lay beside you on the sofa when the workday is over. He will also follow you around the house to make sure you aren’t going anywhere without him. But if you are going for a car ride he would prefer to stay home as cars make him a little nervous. Max loves everyone is his foster family. He loves the young kids that live there and loves when they rub his ears after they get home from school. Max also gets along great with his foster sister and the 3 resident cats, though one likes to run from him and he thinks she is fun to chase.   Max is being foster in Columbus, Ohio.
