Story
Waylon is a sweet, calm boy who loves playing ball, exploring, and playing in the snow.  He came to us a stray, found near the river in Moraine. He rides very well in the car, and gets along with other animals although he prefers that they give him his space. He has high liver values that will need monitored but his liver biopsy showed no real concerns. He is epileptic and his seizures are under control with twice daily medication.  He is looking for a home with a yard as he loves to wander endlessly smelling all the smells. His only other requirements are tennis balls and loving pets. He's a pretty simple boy.  ##2627595##

Story
Sophie Rose is the most amazing best friend your family could want. She would really enjoy a family with kids. She gets along with other dogs. She loves cats as well. There’s not a mean bone in her body. The only issue with Sophie Rose is she likes to run! Like any other husky she is a Houdini! She loves running and we’ll go for miles and miles and miles. Sophie will need a home with a strong fence. Sophie is amazing. She is friendly! Sophie has always been an inside dog so Sophie will need a family that is looking for an inside dog. Sophie doesn’t like going outside when it’s raining, but Sophie loves the snow. Sophie also can jump like straight up off of four legs! She is so much fun. Sophie does talk like a husky and congest about say I love you. Sophie has never destroyed anything in the house or eaten anyone’s shoes or toys. For a while, Sophie was going to the pet suites daycare and loved it. Unfortunately, we moved far away. She gets along great with everybody.

Story
Luge (aka Lou) is an 8 week old lab mix with the confidence of a seasoned Olympian and the curiosity of a true explorer. Bold, playful, and always ready for action, Lou is not afraid to run with the big dogs, launch himself off the top step, or bravely investigate the mysterious darkness under the couch. Like any young competitor, Lou is still training in the Puppy Basics division. Potty training, leash walking, and crate skills are all works in progress. With consistency and guidance, he’s going to crush it. If you’re looking for a spirited, fearless teammate who’s ready to go for gold in fun and adventure, Lou is ready to join your starting lineup! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.   March 7, 2026, 9:24 am

Story
Meet Green Bean! This 1 year old, 50-pound hound/terrier mix loves to romp around outside, when it’s warm and dry. When it’s not, he’d much prefer to snuggle in your lap and shower you with kisses. Green Bean is a very smart pup who is highly trainable. He aced the basics like crate, potty, and general commands. He still needs some work with leashes, but what he really wants is someone to help him become a fetch master. To get himself ready, he takes his ball to the top of the hill and chases it as it bounce down. Things Green Bean doesn’t like, besides cold weather and wet grass, include standing to eat or using a dog bowl. Instead, he lays down, tips the food out, and enjoys a leisurely meal and peaceful nap at the same time. (You know you would if you could.) Green Bean is good with kids and enjoys playing with both big and small dogs. But what makes Green Bean really excited is seeing his person. When he sees his person, tail wiggles are just not enough. This clown wiggles his whole self. And when he does, you can’t help but smile. Green Bean is a summer loving, couch cuddling, bum wiggling, mischief making, ball of kiss giving joy who anyone would be lucky to come home to.  All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. Story
Meet Pillow! She’s a sweet, lovey dog who is ready for her cuddle buddies. She had a litter, the puppies are now gone and she’s looking for a home of her own. She’s great with dogs and kids. She’s crate and house trained. Pillow is about 50lbs and 3-4 years old. Shes got plenty of energy to hike, be out and about on the go and be an active family member but then she’s able to chill out and relax as well. She’s a wonderful mix of both worlds.
