Story
I am a law enforcement officer and met a family who needed to rehome their dog or else they were looking to take him to a pound, they had an issue with time and their children and needed to find him a new home. I wanted to try to help and took Yogi to assist while we found a great home. Along the way I decided to give him a shot in our home however we have several animals and he does not get along with them. I also have a stepson who was in a severe car accident and requires a lot of care and I cannot have a large breed dog around him or the medical staff that assist with him. I must find him a new home as soon as possible. Yogi just turned one year old and is very well trained just excited as a young dog. He needs space to burn his energy and would make a loyal dog. He loves car rides and loves loves loves the water!

Story
I am rehoming Sadie for a friend of mine who just wasn’t able to keep up with her needs. She has been kept up in a bedroom for majority of her life and was severely malnourished when I discovered her. She longs for company and to be able to freely run outside, so a fenced in backyard is preferred. She is the sweetest dog ever and will try her hardest to not let you down. She just wants affection. She has the best “SIT” I’ve ever seen and I wish I could take her myself but I already have 2 dogs and am relocating soon. Because Sadie was underfed for so long, her stomach is sensitive and has to go quite often. But she will always let you know she has to go, and is very sad and ashamed when she can’t hold it. Which isn’t her fault, but she has been treated as so. I’m not sure if her exact age and breed, but am sure she is a loving and sweet girl with a hysterical personality that deserves lots of space and attention

Story
Ace is an amazing dog. He is so quick to train, listens very well. He is just as cuddly and chill as he is hyper. He needs a loving home and I am absolutely heartbroken I can’t provide that for him anymore. He would be an amazing addition to any kind of family. He is great with other animals and kids, makes, and females.

Story
Bomber is a 3.5 year old American English coonhound. He is very affectionate, i.e he loves to cuddle. He's good with playing with other dogs, doesn't really mind cats, but loves their food, and allows children to play with him. A perfect day for him would be waking up at 10, going outside do his business, bark, come inside sleep, afternoon cuddles, bark some more, eat, and back to bed. He's a very chill dog, but has some major quirks. He's a coonhound so expect barking. Doesn't really play with toys, but will do tug a war, or if he does play with a toy it's by himself. He is very much a paradox. Both the most and least intelligent dog I've known. If there is a way of getting food off the counter he'll find it. Backstory: He was abused as a pup, rescued, failed adoption and returned, my friends adopted him, but could no longer deal with his personality, I adopted him for my OG pup cause they get along, but his personality... I truly do think he is a sweet boy and deserves a loving

Story
Hiya, I'm Piranha! I am a snazzy guy that found his way to Joseph's Legacy after becoming paralyzed as a young puppy. A real nice lady reached out and asked for help when she realized I couldn't use my back legs. After arriving, x-rays were preformed where it was confirmed that I have a fractured back which is pinching my spinal column. Due to the damage, I am unable to use my back legs to walk, but don't you dare feel sorry for me! I am a happy go lucky guy who uses these cool wheels to get around! I am just like any other young dog, just cooler since I ride around all day in style! A few things I love to do in my wheels is romp around with my foster siblings and play a good game of tug-o-war! We all run in the backyard together and we do this cool thing called racing to see who can be the first down the ramp! In my foster home I also have feline friends that I love to give kisses to, but they don't seem very appreciative of my love! My favorite foster sibling is the 2 legged one who brings me all the snacks I want and gives me all the belly rubs I can handle! I like to think I am an easy guy to take care of. Foster mom lets me hang out in this spacious playpen where I take naps and eat my meals. Mom doesn't diaper me while I'm in my playpen and I do my best not to make a mess for her to clean up. I do like to wear my diaper while I'm rolling around in my wheels just so I don't make a big mess. My ideal forever home would be someone who will give me all the love and attention I deserve! I would like to either have a 2 legged or 4 legged sibling to help keep me company, but I'm not a picky guy! I do prefer a house with no steps so that I don't hurt myself and it makes it easier for me to get around! If you think I sound like the perfect guy for you, send us your application and we can set up our first date to find out if it is love at first sight

Story
Meet Henrietta! Miss Henry is 35lb., female, Hound mix. She is fully Vetted., crate and potty trained, and walks well on leash. She loves other dogs and I would recommend a home that already has (at least) one dog, if not more. She is fine with cats. Children need to mind their Ps and Qs with her only because chaos frightens her. Henry, Henrietta was found running around in backyards and a huge pond area for weeks. This girl kept me running up to Huber Hts. every night for two weeks working on gaining her confidence. Poor baby was scared of her own shadow and that hasnt improved much. She will need an adopter with a great deal of patience and understanding but the love is well worth the wait. She is scared of sudden movements, loud noises and abhors any change in her routine, once you have one established. Miss Henry will need a home with a fenced yard. Having said all that, Henrietta is a complete love, once she trusts you. She has the softest fur and is the most beautiful fawn color. This baby will be hard to part with and I will be extremely picky when it comes to choosing her furever home, she will come to you carrying a piece of my heart but she needs a family to call her very own, is that your family?
