I am rehoming Sadie for a friend of mine who just wasn’t able to keep up with her needs. She has been kept up in a bedroom for majority of her life and was severely malnourished when I discovered her. She longs for company and to be able to freely run outside, so a fenced in backyard is preferred. She is the sweetest dog ever and will try her hardest to not let you down. She just wants affection. She has the best “SIT” I’ve ever seen and I wish I could take her myself but I already have 2 dogs and am relocating soon. Because Sadie was underfed for so long, her stomach is sensitive and has to go quite often. But she will always let you know she has to go, and is very sad and ashamed when she can’t hold it. Which isn’t her fault, but she has been treated as so. I’m not sure if her exact age and breed, but am sure she is a loving and sweet girl with a hysterical personality that deserves lots of space and attention

Darrell may not be the most handsome dog around, but what he lacks in appearances, he more than makes up for with emotional intelligence. Darrell is one of the best cuddle buddies you could ever ask for, and is very in-sync with "his people". Because of his eagerness to please, he's easy to train and LOVES learning new tricks. Darrell has been working extra hard with our behavior team lately, and especially enjoys his fieldtrips to nearby parks where he can practice his basic obedience skills in public. Darrell has been with SICSA for over a year and has won the hearts of staff and volunteers, but we know it's about time for this boy to find a home of his own! Who's got two thumbs and the best zoomies in town? This guy! Wait . . . I don't have thumbs . . . but what I DO have is pep in my step and love in my heart! I was just a "teen" when I came to SICSA, so I've spent more of my life in a shelter than in a home. In spite of that, I'm doing my best to learn as much as I can about how to be a good boy! I keep my kennel clean and am quick to learn new commands. I love wrestling with other dogs, as long as they can keep up with my enthusiastic energy. Speaking of energy, I've got plenty to spare. My one true love in life is TENNIS BALLS. Seriously, I love them even more than treats, and I will literally play fetch with you until your arm falls off if you'll let me!
