Story
Ralphie was rescued from a kill shelter in New York City. He was dropped off at Animal Care Centers of NY on Nov 24, 2023. Happy Go Lucky Mastiff Rescue (located in Maryland) sponsored a foster in Albany, NY to get him out of the shelter in early December. The foster caregiver had to relocate, so I picked Ralphie up in Albany, NY on May 1, 2024 and brought him to Ohio. Ralphie is microchipped, but his name was not available, so we used his shelter ID (RAL188002) and after referring to him as Ral so often, I suggested we just call him Ralphie. Ralphie was neutered in April before I picked him up and he received all shots required in New York. He has all shots required for Ohio. Ralphie is reactive to other dogs and pulls very hard whenever he is on a leash. Ralphie is young and energetic and often gets the zoomies. I am unable to work with Ralphie to fix his behavior issues, but he really is a good boy!

He is a very loving and energetic dog. Loves to run and play. Loves to be close to people. He is crate trained and does well as long as he gets enough exercise daily. He is very curious and loves food. We are looking to rehome him to the right person. We had to move and our current place does not have a fenced in yard and we don’t have enough time for him to get the proper exercise he needs. We love him very much and this has been a very hard decision to make.

Laci has approximately 4 years old she is good with other dogs with the exception of her sister. She does like to chase cats. She is very sweet loves to curl up in your lap lay her head on you and get tons of attention she is good on a leash she is housebroken. We moved from 12 acres in the country to a small home in town and she needs more exercise or room to run.

Story
Looking to rehome a pair of dogs. Beau and Riley are sweet and lovable. We unfortunately have 2 small children at home and are not able to provide them with the daily enrichment they deserve. This has been an incredibly difficult decision but they are both still young and we want them to have the best life possible. Ideally we would like them to be adopted together. Both dogs are mixes Riley (white dog) is a double doodle and about 50 lbs he loves to fetch and run as much as possible. He is approximately 6 years old. Beau (brown dog) is a pit/Rhodesian ridgeback mix also about 50lbs. He thinks he is a lap dog, he is the most loving dog I have ever met and is amazing with kids. He is about 3 years old.
