Story
Meet Bunny B, a spirited 3-year-old Pit Bull. Bunny B was surrendered along with the other dogs on the property when their owner could no longer properly care for them. Bunny B thrives on walks and loves to zoom around the play yard, showcasing her high-spirited nature and zest for life. She’s always up for a new adventure, and a good walk or romp in the yard is her idea of a perfect day. Her playful energy is contagious, and she loves nothing more than being around people, including children, who she adores. She’s the type of dog who will happily greet everyone with a wagging tail and a big smile. While Bunny B is a social butterfly with people, she can be a bit picky with her dog friends. She’s confident and knows what she likes, which means she might not get along with every dog. It’s important for her to find dog buddies who match her playful yet assertive nature, so patience and careful introductions will help her thrive in a multi-dog home. Bunny B is a smart girl who keeps her kennel clean, but she will need some time and patience to decompress in a new environment. As she adjusts to her new home, she’ll need a caregiver who understands the importance of gentle routines and giving her the space to feel comfortable. With the right guidance, Bunny B will quickly adapt and blossom into the loving, fun companion she’s meant to be. Bunny B was previously spayed. She is Microchipped. We have updated all vaccines including rabies. She has been given a dewormer and started on flea/tick prevention. Story
Meet our Roxie (FKA Rosita—one of our adorable muppet babies)! This sweet, sassy, and spunky girl is now 4.5 months old, weighs about 45 lbs, and is ready to bounce her way into your heart. A German Shepherd/Border Collie mix with a big personality and an even bigger cuddle quota, Roxie is the perfect mix of playtime energy and snuggle-time charm. Roxie was recently returned after being a bit too much fun for the older dog in her previous home, but don’t let that fool you. She’s a total sweetheart who loves other dogs, does wonderfully with kids, and has even spent time in our cat room (she gets excited around the kitties, so a cat-savvy home would be best!). Roxie tries to keep her kennel tidy, but changes in routine tend to unsettle her, so she will need some time to decompress and adjust to a new home. With patience and consistency, she will learn her new household’s routine and settle in beautifully.

Story
Looking for a new family member who will make your heart melt? Look no further than Leza! This 8-month-old female Pit Bull may have had a rough start, but she's determined to find a loving and patient home to call her own. Leza and the many other dogs on the property were surrendered to our shelter when their previous owner could no longer care for them properly. But this sweet pup hasn't let her past hold her back. With her adorable smile and curious personality, she's ready to take on the world! Leza is an active and energetic girl who loves to play and explore. She's a constant companion and will make the perfect best friend for someone who's willing to put in the time and effort to work with her. Leza does well with other dogs and kids, but she may need a companion animal to help her feel more comfortable in her new home. She's still learning how to walk on a leash and needs some guidance on household routines, especially potty training. But with patience and love, she's sure to become a well-mannered adult in no time. One thing that makes Leza extra special is her unique smile. An undocumented injury prior to coming to us gave her a slight deformity on her jaw, but it doesn't affect her at all. In fact, it just adds to her charm and makes her smile even more perfect! Leza was previously spayed. She is Microchipped. We have updated all vaccines including rabies. She has been given a dewormer and started on flea/tick prevention.
