Story
Meet Chip! If you love hounds with big hearts and even bigger curiosity, Chip might just be your perfect match. This handsome boy is a super sweet companion who absolutely adores people. Gentle head pets, human attention, and exploring the world are some of his favorite things. Chip is still learning what it means to live indoors, and he has made tremendous progress. He rarely barks, has overcome his fear of indoor stairs and even the TV, and he’s learning good leash manners quickly. His crate has become a familiar and comforting place for him, especially when humans are home. He’s a smart guy who wants to please. And yes, he’s even potty trained! Chip is playful, goofy, and very much a puppy in a big body. Chip’s curiosity is endless (and endearing!). He loves to explore, sniff, and investigate anything new, so close supervision and plenty of enrichment will help keep him happy. A comfy spot by a window would be a dream come true for this inquisitive boy. Chip is looking for a patient, loving home that understands young hound energy and his cute quirky needs. He is ready to find a family that can help him build confidence, learn independence, and grow into the incredible companion he’s meant to be. If you’re ready for a sweet, curious, loyal friend who’ll brighten your days with his big-hearted charm, Chip is waiting to meet you! 🐾💚

He’s friendly, he’s calm, he’s charming… basically, he’s the dog version of a warm cup of tea on a rainy day. ☕🐶 If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will adore you endlessly and maybe steal your socks—but only so he can nap with them—Dobby is your guy.
