Story
Georgia Mae was adopted by our Rescue 5 years ago. Her parents divorced, then the mom gave Georgia to her brother in Arizona. He "lost her" then she ended up on the street a good samaritan found her, found out through micro chip that she was one of our dogs. She is now back at the rescue looking for her new family. She is a WONDERFUL DOG! She just wants to hang with her person. She has been coming over and spending nites with me, she does not get into anything, she gets along with my dog (pictured on here with her) and is fine with the other "littles" we have here. Also, she's not a barker! She talks tho :) TEXT Amy 360.513.8887 for more information/meet and greet. She really is PERFECT!!!!

Story
Vanilla was the beloved pet of a neighbor who had to move into assisted living and could no longer keep her. She is a lovely dog. She enjoys sitting next to you on the couch and cuddling. She also loves being outside and going for walks. She doesn't really get the whole "fetch" thing, but she likes tossing her toys around to herself. She will protect your yard from those chattering squirrels and bask in the sun as she watches over her kingdom. She misses her previous owner but is quick to warm up to those around her. She keeps her distance from other dogs. She was attacked by a big dog a few years ago and gets nervous around them, so a home with a dog her size or not at all might be best. Not sure how she would be with cats. We aren't sure how old she is. Best guess is around 8 years. She will overeat, so strict portions and meal times are necessary. She wants to please you and enjoys tummy rubs. She will make someone or a family a wonderful companion.

Story
Bruno is 4 years old and up to date on all vaccines. He is an outside dog that sleeps in a kennel at night, but dreams of being an inside dog. He weighs 75lbs and would sit in your lap in a heartbeat. He is good with kids 5 and older. He loves walks, affection, attention, and treats. He is good with other dogs and loves to play. He loves water and is a good swimmer. He will scare away deer or eat any rat, mole, rabbit, or squirrel in your yard. We have started to raise chickens, and he has too much of a predator instinct and eats our chickens, so sadly we need to rehome him. We have had him since he was a puppy. If you or anyone you know is needing a brown dog in your life, please consider Bruno.

Story
Baby is a lovable 8 year old male Chihuahua mixed with terrier. Baby likes people, especially children. He likes attention, which he attracts because he is so 'cute'. His favorite activity are his walks and the associated smells,(at least twice daily). He is always leashed for any outside activity, but i wish I could let him run free more often. He is as frisky as a pup, with plenty of energy. He entertains himself with sqeeky toys. Baby sleeps with me and likes cuddling and burrowing in the blankets.Since he was a puppy he has been the pet and companion of a female friend who died unexpected. It was a low income situation and, except for one rabies shot, he has had no vet care nor any training.. Baby experiences separation anxiety. When left alone he will cry and scratch the door, after which he curls up for a nap. To avoid my neighbors concern I take him everywhere I go. We are in a small upstairs apartment in downtown Camas with limited resources, but he isn't deprived of anything.

Val is 5 years old and though a bit timid at first, she is the sweetest dog ever. She’s good with kids of all ages, dogs, and cats! Unfortunately due to recent life changes I am unable to provide care for her and provide her with the amazing life she deserves.

Story
Mo is a great puppy. At 8 months old, he's been through basic obedience but still has lots to learn. He loves kids and other dogs. During the school year, he walked my kids to school daily and got pets from all the kids. He's curious, wants to please, high energy, and would be an amazing companion for an active person or family. He is working on handling his excitement with other dogs better - he will sometimes bark at other dogs when he sees them on walks or outside the window, and needs continued training in this area (he has improved). My older dog, who is ailing, is not tolerating his presence in our house and is frequently going after him, creating a really difficult living situation for everyone having to keep the two of them separate. We feel it would be cruel to rehome our older dog (10 years) so we've made the very difficult decision to re-home Mo. I just want him to go to a great, responsible home.
