HI - I'M OTIS! I'm a sweet and active 5-year-old red-nose male Pit Bull Terrier in need of a foster or forever home. I was given up by my owners (for no fault of my own), and now am looking for new people to love me! I came from a home with another dog. I absolutely love human attention and affection, and would be great for someone who works from home. I can jump pretty high and would make a great agility dog. I love, love, love to cuddle, and will give kisses. I also love to chase tennis balls, and then tear them apart! I would do well with an active person or family with older kids. HI - I'M JOHNNY, a 10-year-old pit/lab mix waiting for a foster or forever home. I'm super cute with my red & white coloring and my speckled ears! My ideal adopter is a single person who wants a companion, a pal for hanging out, walks, hikes, watching TV, car rides, napping. I love to play fetch, and I listen to basic commands. I tend to bond to one person who will be my soulmate, so couples may not be the best for me because I don't want to share the person I bond with and love. I love scratches and affection! I get bored if left alone too long, so best not to leave me out in the backyard for hours. I'm still quite agile and have been known to jump over a fence in my younger days. I'm not all that trustworthy around other dogs, especially male dogs, so it's best if I'm the only dog in the home. I'm still in good health and I'm basically looking for my forever companion to go for walks or hikes or simply watch TV and snuggle. I weigh about 70 lbs. Can you foster or adopt me? HI - I'M TARZAN, and I'm a sweet and shy 2-year-old Australian Cattle Dog in need of a forever home. I was rescued from an overcrowded California shelter, where I became urgent because I was so scared and timid. While there, I had kennel mates, and I'm currently in a foster home with other dogs. I'm still shy, but am a work in progress. I'm starting to come out of my shell, and I can be petted now. I need a quiet home with a patient person or people who can give me a sense of security and the love and affection I so deserve. I'm very young and have my whole life ahead of me. I'm currently in Southern California, but can be transported to Oregon. I weigh only about 40 lbs. Please email for an application.

MEET AJAX! Ajax is a 6-1/2-year-old Greyhound-Pittie-Shepherd mix, in need of a foster or forever home. Ajax is a special boy who needs a special person to work with him and help him through some of his issues. He is the type of dog who bonds intensely to his person, and thus any transition is a challenge (and in fact, transitioning him to you could be challenging). But once he bonds to you, he's loyal to you forever. Ajax would be a great companion for an active person who wants a mix of a couch potato and active canine pal. Physically, Ajax is a quirky boy! He's got a pittie face, shepherd ears and long legs. He loves to run and play, and he loves his toys, too. He would do well with an experienced adopter or foster who can provide him with love and attention and some basic obedience training. He was once adopted a couple years ago but returned for jumping up on the adopters. But he was loyal to them, too. He has done well with most most dogs but would thrive as an only dog, too. He's not a van of the vet, so needs to wear a muzzle if he goes. Ajax weighs 57 lbs. If you can foster or adopt him, and have dog experience, please email for an application. She's an active pup and would do best with an active person, people or family. She'd also do well with someone who works from home or is retired, because she gets bored pretty easily. HI - I'M VAIL! I'm a loving 5-1/2-year old small Pit Bull Terrier-Bully girl in need of a foster or forever home. I'm white as snow and hence I was named after Vail, Colorado! I have a lot of good traits... I love people and am quite the snuggler. I also love my crate, and would gladly sleep in it at night (though would probably prefer your bed.) I'm not destructive in the house and am overall a joy to have around. I'm also quite playful. There are a few things to work on still. At about 45 lbs., I'm a small but strong girl, and could use some leash training. I'm also best as an only dog in the house, where I can get all of the love and attention, as I'm not a fan of other dogs. I'd love a warm bed, a person or people to love me and a chance to go for a walk, hike or road trip! Can you foster or adopt me? I'm currently in Southern Washington available to meet!
