Story
My foster knows me better than anyone! Here's what they had to say about me during my time with them:Hi, I'm Dallas-and I like to take things in at my own pace. When I first got here, I kept things calm and quiet, just watching and learning. I've got a gentle way about me, especially with kids-I don't rush in, I just ease into things and figure people out. Once I feel comfortable, though, I'll show you my playful side... and it's worth the wait.I'm the kind of dog who doesn't need to be the center of attention. I'm happy laying on my bed when things are calm, or stretching out in the sun outside (that might be my favorite spot). I like being near my people, just hanging out and being part of things in my own relaxed way.I've got pretty good manners, too-if there's food around, I'll wait patiently. Walks are nice-I like to stay close and take everything in. Sometimes I pause when something new catches my attention, just to make sure I understand what's going on. I like to think of myself as thoughtful... not stubborn.Overall, I'm a calm, respectful, and sweet companion who's settling in more each day. If you're looking for a dog who will quietly become your buddy and then surprise you with his playful side, I might be your guy.I'm available for Trial Adoption! If you're interested in taking me home for 2 weeks before making a final decision, please speak to an adoption counselor.Check out my videos!Hanging out with my pals Gunter and Nikolai - Check out my pibble spin moves!I'm currently in foster and ready for my new home!
