Here's what you need to know about me:I'm easy going. Wanna go for a walk? Okay. Hang out in the yard? No problem. Just relax on the couch? I can do that. I'm pretty happy to go at your pace and I don't really need much more than most dogs do. If you're looking for a steady companion, I'm all yours. It's recommended I meet any dogs or kids living in my new home before I'm adopted. I just want to make sure we all get along. Here's what you need to know about me:I'm currently in foster and ready for my new home! If you're interested in meeting me, please email caninefoster@southwesthumane.org.I have special medical needs-I am mostly blind and deaf! My friends at the shelter can tell you more about my medical condition and how to take care of me.I would prefer a fenced yard. But I'm flexible! I could be a good fit for a home without a yard as long as my family is active and will take me out for exercise or go on adventures.I like dogs. I've lived with dogs before and we shared our space well!I need a slow introduction to cats. I can share my space with cats, but I'd like to get used to the idea over time. It's recommended I meet any kids living in my new home before I'm adopted. I just want to make sure we all get along.I'm available for Trial Adoption! If you're interested in taking me home for 2 weeks before making a final decision, please speak to an adoption counselor. Here's what you need to know about me:I'd like a relaxed home. I wouldn't say I'm "old"... I've just been around for a while. And that's made me appreciate the finer things in life like naps in the sun, looking out windows, and the special joy when you're able to scratch juuuuust the right spot. I like to take it easy at home - I'm not up for lots of activity. It's recommended I meet any dogs or kids living in my new home before I'm adopted. I just want to make sure we all get along. So please speak to an adoption counselor if you'd like to meet me.It's recommended I meet any dogs or kids living in my new home before I'm adopted. I just want to make sure we all get along.I can be shy in new spaces. I need a family who will let me take things at my own pace as I learn about new things. Once I come out of my shell, I have lots of love to give.I can be nervous around new people. It just takes me a little while to get comfortable. But once I get to know you, I'm very loving.I have some handling sensitivity. That means I have some preferences about how and where I get petted. My human friends at the shelter can tell you more!I'm easy going. Wanna go for a walk? Okay. Hang out in the yard? No problem. Just relax on the couch? I can do that. I'm pretty happy to go at your pace and I don't really need much more than most dogs do. If you're looking for a steady companion, I'm all yours.I love to cuddle! Once we've made friends, I'll be your snuggle buddy. Primary Color: Tan Weight: 82 Age: 2yrs 0mths 0wks
