Hi there, I'm Esme!
I may be a puppy, but I have the perfect balance of mellow and energetic. When it's time to go, I'm ready! And when it's quiet time I'll catch up on my zzz. I love to snuggle up for a good cuddle session; my foster mom loves to snuggle me!
I'm working on my potty training; I've only had one accident. My foster mom practices walking on a leash with me, I do pretty good, but will keep working on it. My curiosity often leads me to sniff out new adventures, and sometimes I follow my nose, but don't worry, if you call for me, I'll come right back. I'm also gentle with everyone I meet, always ready to make new friends. My loyalty is unwavering, and I promise to be your best friend. I like to lay right next to my foster mom's chair when she's relaxing. When we go outside, I follow her all over the farm, and since I'm a good listener and super smart she doesn't put me on a leash. Even though I'm not thrilled about baths, I sit very nice in the tub to get cleaned up and dried.
With me, every day will be filled with joy, laughter, and unconditional love. Adopting me means gaining a very loyal companion who will love you endlessly.

All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.
The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
