Story
Finzel and Tippy are brother and sister. Finzel was initially rescued and was very needy until we rescued Tippy a few days later. Since then they have been two happy little puppies. They play together, cuddle together and sleep together. They are thankfully not destructive puppies. Their father was Shih Tzu and Pekingese and their mother dachshund and yorkie. They both seem to have taken on more the Dachshund size, figure and definitely sweet personality. We do not expect them to get more than 10 to 12 lbs. They are both very affectionate, playful, sweet, cuddly, smart, and well-behaved. They have both been altered and are healthy and ready for their forever home. We would prefer adopting them together first and if that does not work out then we would separate them so that they could at least be in a home with hopefully another dog. Anybody that gets these puppies will have a lot of joy and smiles in their home. They have been well loved and socialized. They are puppy pad and litter box trained. They are also used to going outside and going in the yard when there is not a foot of snow. They crate well when needed as well. Story
Cody, Chance, Chip and Charlie are 4 of the most handsome boys. These boys are tiny, weighing in around 3 lbs – They were born February 2nd, mom was a dachshund mix and dad was a pug/chihuahua. We know they will not get very big at all; we estimate they will stay under 13-15 lbs. Surrendered to us on the Texas/Mexico border, where animals are euthanized by the hundreds in the local shelters, we could not say no to these babies. Cody, Chance, Chip and Charlie are rambunctious and playful little guys. They absolutely love everyone they meet! They are all quite long bodied and their whole bodies wiggle when they are happy and excited, which is always! They love all humans, including children. Please ensure your children know how to be responsible for handling small puppies before adopting, as they can be hurt easily given how tiny they are. Cody, Chance, Chip and Charlie have been introduced to kitties and despite the cats being bigger than they are, they get very excited and nervous. With slow and proper introductions, these pups can happily live with cats! Chance is the runt of the litter and the smallest of all 4. They LOVE other dogs and would do great in a home with other dogs. They would also do fine with no other dogs, but please keep in mind these puppies are quite playful and energetic and may get bored with just being the only dog in the home. So, please plan to offer lots of stimulation from keeping the puppy from getting bored 😊 These 4 guys are just the best. They are so happy, so friendly and well socialized. They will be the first to greet you and lick you all over. They do not have a mean bone in their body. Small bodies, big hearts. They love hard, cuddle hard, play hard and sleep hard. They love their toys! These puppies are current on age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormer, will be microchipped, receive a negative fecal and a clean bill of health from a veterinarian prior to adoption. To apply to adopt you can go to our website at: www.pawsitive-Impact-animal-rescue.org PLEASE NOTE: This animal is currently located in Texas, but we do NOT adopt animals out in Texas due to the hundreds of animals being euthanized here daily. We do adopt in Central US and the East Coast. The adoption fee listed INCLUDES transport from Texas to the location where this animal is posted in. Transport goes to the following locations every 2-3 weeks Albany, NY Wells and Brattleboro, VT Willington, Enfield, New Haven and Dayville, CT Port Chester, NY Dayon and Akron, OH Grove City and Bloomsburg, PA Ridgefield and Mt Laurel, NJ White Marsh and Falls Church, MD We have happily adopted hundreds of animals this way (long distance), and we do our best to make sure the animal you are applying for is best fit for your home.

Story
Noopie was supposed to be my dog but has really been primarily my mom's dog until she was about 9. At this time, my mom said "I can rehome her or you can take her," so my husband and I decided to give it a try. We got to a place where Noopie was housebroken by training her for a solid 45 minutes to an hour a day and taking her for multiple walks a day. Now, my husband and I have a toddler and a baby on the way and are busier than ever. It breaks our hearts to know that she could have more but isn't getting it. Noopie is not entirely housebroken and we know that she'd be better off with someone who can give her the attention she deserves. Her new owner needs to be able to give her the time and attention she deserves, that she heartbreakingly just isn't getting with us. Hopefully you are ok with weewee pads or can give her many walks everyday. Noopie is very peaceful, sweet, cuddly dog who's never bitten anyone. She loves the snow and might steal your old socks to play with.
