Story
It is with a heavy heart and disbelief I am making this post. I am looking for a good home for my 11 month old (Nala). I got Nala at 12 weeks old in from San Diego humane society. I personally house, crate, potty trained her, and socializing with other Dogs. I was in an abusive relationship and had to escape in August and moved to a place that didn’t allow Dogs. Because of this unforeseen move I had to find a foster for her till I could find a place that allowed dogs. The foster home did not take care of her the way I was promised. She was given no rules and free rein for 2 months. Later I found out the lady was acting as if my Dog was her fur baby. Once I moved to my own apartment November 1, 2025 I scooped up Nala and brought her home. Unfortunately the bond I had with her was ruined. She has been misbehaving in ways that I can’t fix. She peed on the couch, rug, many blankets, eaten many blankets and this is a constant struggle.

Story
Charlie is a great, energetic, loving dog. He loves to be outside and is always up for an adventure, whether it be a walk or a drive in the car. I first got Charlie when I was in middle school from a friend, and we have been best mates since. Charlie is 9 years old and will be turning 10 in April. Im looking for a safe home, someone who is kind and secure, who will fulfill his needs, such as always being there for him and giving him the attention he needs. Looking for a full-time home for Charlie, and I will go to great lengths to get that for him. Charlie is a loyal, handsome, and small, but mighty! He's full of energy and is very bright and smart.

Story
Baz was found dumped in the trash with 4 other siblings in 2023. Baz is 3 years old. I am looking for an experienced handler for baz. Ideally a home where he would be the only pet. He has lived peacefully with another dog his whole life until recently. It would be best if the new owner has training knowledge, and help him with confidence building. He needs a strong leader. Baz is goofy, playful, loyal, protective, and loving. He does not require a ton of exercise but benefits from genetic fulfillment to help with fearful reactivity. Baz is a wonderful companion and would do great with a retired individual or someone who is able to give him a ton of time, attention, and love.

Story
Our silly dog Cooper likes carrots, green beans, watermelon, frozen peas, and of course peanut butter and cheese. He likes sunning himself in the backyard. Cooper is housebroken and crate trained. Cooper likes chasing rabbits on our walks on the trail. He doesn’t try to catch them but just wants to chase them away. He loves going camping. Cooper will lay under my desk while I work. He likes squeezing himself into a donut to fit into the tiny bed we gave him as a puppy. Cooper likes to have his chest rubbed and loves belly rubs especially in the morning. He gets excited when Mark brings him a pup patty from In-n-Out. He brings me his toy when I ask. He wants me to throw it and then he brings it back but doesn’t want to let go. Now Cooper needs a new home. I will miss my little guy more than I have the words to explain and hope he finds even more love in his next home.

Story
Meet Mosey Fields,  a very special  puppy  who is  just under one year old. Mosey has a neurological condition, most likely Cerebral Hypoplasia, which makes him a special-needs dog. Despite his challenges, Mosey is a joyful and big-hearted pup. We recently put him in a jacuzzi with a swim vest, and he learned a lot about connecting his body with his brain. Initially, Mosey used to squirm on the floor like a reptile, but now  he  walks and romps  around  without a harness. Although he still does well with a harness for stability, he can now walk  by himself  in a large carpeted bedroom area. Mosey has made  great  progress -  he  has learned to track, make eye contact, jump on and off the couch, and loves to cuddle. He has also been playful around other dogs and adores people. This little fighter will benefit from a wheelchair and  will  thrive in a loving home. Consider making him a part of your family, and he will return the love and continue to grow into the best version of himself. If you're interested in adopting Mosey, please fill out an application at www.doggiebonez.com. You can also check out our social media pages on Instagram (@Doggie_Bonez_Inc_) and Facebook (Doggie Bonez) to see more of Mosey's cuteness. Our dog adoption fee, which includes vaccinations, fecal testing, wellness exams, microchipping, spaying, or neutering, is $500. If adoption isn't feasible, please consider fostering one of our pups. We are a volunteer-run non-profit dog rescue and always welcome new short or long-term doggie foster families. Doggie Bonez will provide you with everything you need, including dog food, a bed, toys, medical attention (if required), and more. So, if you're interested, please visit www.doggiebonez.com to see all of our available dogs who need a foster family while waiting for their forever home and complete the foster application.November 2, 2024, 7:31 pm
