Story
sweet boy who needs an experienced ownerMeet Blue Blue is a strong and loving 5 year-old Staffie Mix. He is a compact guy weighing about 55 pounds. Everything was going along great for him until his family broke apart. He was then moved into an apartment complex, where they do not allow dogs, so the owners thought of the great idea to lock him up in a bathroom while they are at work. As you can imagine that was not a great solution, so luckily a family friend became aware of this solution and brought it to our attention. Since that time, Blue has lived in foster homes and has been to training. He becomes very attached and can be protective.  He is affectionate, loyal, obedient, moderate temperament and smart. He is also a bit stubborn and needs a strong and firm handler to keep him controlled. He is a blue nose with a silver-blue short coat. He is neutered and up to date on all of his shots. He is lovable, playful and will make a great family pet for anyone. He is also gorgeous to boot. Story
Meet Buddy! Buddy is a two-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix ( maybe mixed with Husky due to his beautiful blue and green eyes). He is the happiest boy with an incredible disposition. Buddy loves going on long walks and just loves being with his “people”. He has spent several months living with a trainer and several other dogs and has done amazing. He loves the water and other dogs. He is now in a foster with two other dogs and doing well. Once he’s in a home with a yard, he can decompress and play and let out his energy. Buddy has had extensive training and a trainer will come to the adopter's house to work with the family and show what he can do. He would do best with an active family. He was rescued from the Riverside shelter where he shared his kennel with another dog. He’s a love bug that is so deserving of his loving forever home. Buddy is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, had a blood panel and a full clean bill of health. If you think you are the right family for Buddy, please submit a completed adoption application found under the forms tab so that we can schedule a meet and greet. He can also be found on all our social media pages IG: @Doggie_Bonez_Inc_ and Facebook: Doggie Bonez. If adoption isn't an option, please consider fostering one of our pups. We are a volunteer-run non-profit dog rescue and always welcome new short and/or long-term doggie foster families. We greatly appreciate the help and time of our fosters. You provide all the love, comfort, and safety of a home and we supply you with everything else you may need, dog food, dog bed, toys, medical attention (if needed), etc. If you are interested please visit www.doggiebonez.com to see all of our available dogs who need a foster family while waiting for their fur-ever home and complete the foster application.April 22, 2024, 1:34 pm

Story
Hello Doggie Bonez family. We need your help again to urgently find a fantastic foster family or adopter for sweet Sage. She is a 4 1/2-year-old, 60-pound female pointer mix that is sweet, kind, playful, and often funny. Sage was adopted out as a 4-month-old puppy back in 2018, and the original adopter gave the dog to another family. They've had her with their female boxer for two years. They were the best of friends until they got into a fight, and Sage got Zena’s ear. Nothing major, but the fight has left the current family unwilling to keep Sage, and we need an urgent foster to hold on to this beauty to avoid her from being put in a bad situation. At this point, Sage is probably best as the only dog.  She is well trained and follows instructions very well. Sage is completely potty trained and has never had an accident in the house. Extremely smart and crate trained. Sage is beautiful and loves her loved ones and will be an amazing addition to any loving family that is looking for an amazing female adult dog. We always recommend providing stability, structure, consistency, love, and training to set these angels up for success. Please open your heart and home to Sage by fostering or adopting. If you feel like you can be Sage's new family and give her a new lease on life, please submit a completed adoption application found under the forms tab. This way, we can schedule a meet and greet. She can also be found on all of our social media pages IG: @Doggie_Bonez_Inc_ and Facebook: Doggie Bonez. If adoption isn't an option, please consider fostering one of our pups. Story
Affectionate and Loving Meet Sandy!   Sandy is a 1-year-old super-loving female pup. She wants to be friends with every big dog, little dog, and cat as long as they are okay with her. If not, she will give them their space. Sandy likes to be part of the action and is always very curious to see what everyone is doing and what everything is. You can clearly state, that she has a big case of the 'Fear Of Missing Out'. She’s calm inside the house but once in the yard, she runs her daily zoomies to provoke someone to chase her or to chase critters coming into her yard. Sandy's still learning how to be a dog so she’s working on walking on a leash because she never had a walk but learning pretty fast. She is eager to please and is happy to get positive praise and reinforcement for her good work. She’s submissive and shy at first but warms up pretty quick to everyone around her. Update 9/7/22 Sandy has been living with our trainer and has been doing great! She gets along and plays well with the other dogs and has become more comfortable meeting new people. She will have a lot of training under her belt when she goes to her forever home!   If you would like to meet sassy Sandy, please submit a completed adoption application found under the forms tab. This way, we can schedule a meet and greet. She can also be found on our social media pages IG: @Doggie_Bonez_Inc_ and Facebook: Doggie Bonez.   If adoption isn't an option, please consider fostering one of our  pups.
