Story
Cole is a 2 year old Doberman-Rottweiler mix with a striking presence and an even more impressive personality.  Recently abandoned with his other siblings, Cole is now looking for a second chance at a forever home where he can finally feel safe, understood and loved.  This affectionate boy absolutely adores people  He thrives on human attention and will happily lean in for pets, snuggles or just to be closer to you.  Cole is also full of energy and an excitement for life!  He is playful, active and needs plently of daily exercise to stay happy and balanced.  As a strong, intelligent dog, Cole will benefit greatly from structure, consistency, and continued training.  He is eager to learn and wants to please...he just needs someone willing to guide him.  Since Cole's history is unknown, we are not sure how he does with other animals or young children, so slow introductions and a patient, experienced adopter would be ideal.  Cole's adoption fee is $200 which includes his neuter, microchipping and all vaccinations.  For more information on Cole, please call Chrissy at VMSG (949) 201-4100 or to fill out an application for adoption, visit www.greendogfoundation.org and thank you for looking to rescue!March 8, 2026, 1:58 pm

Story
Meet Woody   Woody is a survivor with the sweetest soul. He was rescued just in time from the euthanasia list at Hesperia Shelter after being confiscated from a drug house. Despite what he’s been through, this boy’s heart is still wide open—he just needs a little patience to feel safe.   Woody is learning to trust again. Sudden movements like a raised hand or broom can still scare him, and he’ll run to his crate for comfort—but every day he grows braver and more confident. And once he trusts you… he melts. He gives the best hugs and leans in for love like he’s been waiting his whole life for it.   ✨ 16 months old ✨ ~50 pounds ✨ Crate trained & house trained ✨ Fully vetted ✨ Great with dogs of all sizes   Woody would thrive in a calm, loving home with someone who understands that healing takes time—but the reward is a deeply loyal, incredibly affectionate companion.   He’s not broken… he’s just waiting for his person. Story
Chongers is a 2-year-old rottweiler-doberman mix with a heart as big as his name.  Despite being abandoned with 2 other siblings, this handsome boy hasn't lost his love for people. Don't let his strong appearance fool you!  Chonger is truly a softie at heart.  He's affectionate, loyal and loves nothing more than leaning into you for cuddles.  All he wants is someone who will love him as much as he loves back.  With a little structure and a lot of love, he'll thrive in a home.  He would do best with someone who understands big breeds and can give him the attention and companionship he craves.  Since Chongers' history is unknown, we're not sure how he does with other animals or young children; so slow introductions and a patient, experienced adopter would be ideal.  Chongers' adoption fee is $200 which includes his neuter, microchipping and all vaccinations. Story
Meet Oliver This sweet boy was rescued on the very day he was scheduled to be euthanized—simply for being fearful. When Oliver first came out of the shelter, he was terrified and completely shut down… and very dirty. But everything changed with one simple act of kindness. After a much-needed bath, something clicked—Oliver bonded deeply with his rescuer, and from that moment on, he began to trust again. It was like watching a whole new dog emerge. Today, Oliver is: Gentle, kind, and affectionate Friendly with people Good with other dogs Walking nicely on leash Eager to bond and be close to his person Oliver forms deep, loyal connections—he will be incredibly devoted to his person and thrives in a loving, stable home where he can feel safe. He is: ✔ Neutered ✔ Microchipped ✔ Up to date on vaccines We believe Oliver is a mix of Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Papillon, and Spitz , giving him both beauty and a soft, sensitive nature. Oliver is truly a special boy who just needed someone to believe in him. In the right home, he will absolutely blossom and become an amazing companion. Story
I can't say enough good things about Buddy.  I wish I could keep him.  This poor boy was dumped off the side of a desolite highway in the mountains in the early morning hours along with his dog house.  A friend found him hiding in the bushes and brought him to our rescue.  When I first saw him, I thought "oh my, he's going to eat my dogs"...turns out that Buddy is one of the most sweetest dogs I've ever rescued.  He loves the other dogs and ESPECIALLY little puppies.  I have a bottle baby that he sleeps next to making sure no other dogs bother him.  He cleans him and loves on him.  I'm attaching a video of him along with two other little puppies we have.  Buddy is housetrained, crate trained and extremely obedient.  He also loves to cuddle next to me at night.  Buddy is now neutered, fully vaccinated (rabies included), received a dental and is microchipped and we just got back DNA on Buddy!  Buddy is 39% American Bully, 25% German Shepherd,  19% Pit Bull Terrier and 17% Siberian Husky.   Buddy's adoption fee is $450.  To fill out an application for Buddy, please visit www.greendogfoundation.org or for more information, please email us at greendogfoundation@gmail.comMarch 8, 2026, 1:58 pm
