Story
7 month old Bandit was rescued by a kind animal lover who then was told by her landlord she could not keep him.  He is now in a GSROC foster home where he is being socialized with other dogs and people.  He is housebroken and likes other dogs. Bandit is a typical puppy – filled with energy and exuberance.  He loves to romp, play and have a grand ole time.  Due to his exuberance, we recommend homes with school age children or older.  Toddlers and little children may be knocked over by Bandit while he plays. Bandit knows the importance of learning his puppy social skills and he is eager to learn all he can.  He knows how important it is and can’t wait to get started. Please remember, adopting a puppy is not everyone’s cup of tea.  As cute as they are – puppies demand a large investment of time, patience, and training.  They are inquisitive, have endless energy and get into just about everything.  They dig, chew, and seemingly never stop! Think long and hard about your lifestyle. If you are not willing to invest the time and training to ensure your puppy matures into the wonderful dog – then please consider an older dog. Please go to our website and complete an adoption application at: /https://www.gsroc.org/application/  An adoption counselor will contact you to go over your application and assist you in determining which dog may be best for your particular situation. Story
18 month old Angelo lost his home due to divorce and landed in a shelter.  The shelter staff contacted GSROC as he had quickly become a shelter favorite. Angelo spent a few days at the home of one of our volunteers.   He is a happy guy who got along well with the other dogs in her home.  Angelo is always ready to play and have fun.  After all – he still has lots of puppy playfulness inside. This boy sometimes takes his role of protector a bit too seriously.  He needs an experience owner who will provide him with the structure and limits he craves.   For that reason, we recommend him for a quieter, adult home . Please go to our website and complete an adoption application at: /https://www.gsroc.org/application/  An adoption counselor will contact you to go over your application and assist you in determining which dog may be best for your particular situation. Details
Not good with kids, Not good with dogs, Not good with cats, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Dalton is a spitfire! He is a busy, bouncy, nosy puppy who thinks that he is the center of the universe. Soon after arriving at GSROC, Dalton bounced his way into a fractured leg, so he had to wear a splint for several weeks. He found that most unflattering and annoying and he had a lot to say about it. Dalton is out of his splint now and learning boundaries. His ideal home will be familiar with a bossy puppy. He loves to play with other dogs. Dalton is fearful of strangers at first, but quickly warms up once he knows that he is safe. We recommend a home with older children as he doesn’t care for bikes, skateboards or roller skates. Dalton is a diamond in the rough that just needs a little polish. Someone patient, gentle and with GSD experience is all it will take to get him on the path to success.

She wears doggie goggles when outside in the sun, and needs to limit her exposure to sunshine.
