Hi! Nice to meet you, everyone! I'm Aubrey but everyone calls me GG because I'm such a Gentle Giant! I am a German Shepherd mix, estimated at approximately 9-12 years old. I listen and understand commands very well and recently have been taking professional training classes to improve my handling and walking on a leash. I have strong guarding instincts and it may take me a bit to warm up to you, but I have been working on that with my trainer, but I have to admit that I won't say no to a treat and take it gently. Once I will be comfy with you, I will be the most loyal girl and I hope, a family member. I am a very affectionate pup who loves to play fetch and loves my belly rubbed! I am looking to bond with a family and I couldn't help but get close to my foster parents as I missed my previous parent who passed away, which is why I found myself at the shelter. I have so much love to give, and I am looking for a forever home with humans that will love me as their own. Will that be you?

Hi, I'm Indie! I joined PPITS after I was rescued from the Irvine shelter over a year ago, as the shelter environment was affecting my well-being. I'm a 3-year-old Australian cattle dog. Once rescued, I joined my foster mom and sister, who was adopted from PPITS, and we get along well, play, and have fun. They have helped me to gain confidence since I was rescued. I am crate-trained and do well on walks, although some dogs might scare me and make me take a defensive stance. I have not been in a farm environment while at PPITS, but I might be the perfect candidate for farm work. I'm a sensitive, shy, and loving girl looking for a family that is willing to give me the time to get to know them and trust them, deserving of my heart and life. Will that be you?

She learned the rules & routine so quickly she’s been a joyful addition to her foster home. She loves DEEPLY & just wants to be someone’s loyal companion for life!... Story
Hi, my name is Bandit. I was rescued from a breeder after they found out that I was born with a cleft palate, for which i had surgery and had to be tube fed as a newborn. I was the runt of my litter as well and you could say I'm a microbulldog since I'm half the size of a typical one but i make up for that with my might and personality. I get along with dogs of all shapes and sizes but like a typical boy bulldog, I like to be the boss. I keep my foster dog brother in check. He is 3 times my size (heheheh). I love to play tug with my foster brother and adore playing fetch with anyone who will toss toys. Since I was the runt, I was also born with an underdeveloped digestive system which makes me incontinent and I need to wear diapers, but I'm a super good boy during my diaper changes and you don't really have to worry about having a yard or walks with me for potty, although I love a good walk. For this, I would do best in a home with someone that works from home or someone who is not gone for long periods of time. My mom has my diaper changes down to 3-4 times a day (less than a baby human!). I am looking for a family that has a calm environment with a routine. Although I am good with kids, I can get stressed so i would do best in a home with only adults. I am cuddly and affectionate and I'm looking for humans that I can chin rest on. Will that be you?

He didn’t have much before rescue, so he soaks up human attention like the sun & is still learning what toys are. True to his breed, he's loyal, playful, VERY SMART, eager-to-please & trainable. He’s learned Sit, Down, Place, Wait, Crate-trained, Walks on Figure 8 leash. He’s very friendly with other dogs, new people, great with kids & a vet favorite! He loves the outdoors, water, basking in the sun as much as head scratches, brushing & couch snuggles. A few walks a day or a yard to play when you are busy & then hanging out at days end is all Ranger needs to FEEL LIKE HEAVEN! Large dog experience preferred/Prior GSD owner A PLUS! If you are looking for a loyal, headturner Shepherd who is just as happy chilling by your side as adventuring with you… Ranger is ready to be your buddy for life!
