Rhuby " Rhubarb " is a very sweet and affectionate 9 year old, 68 lbs. coonhound mix. She loves being outside and going for walks so she requires a forever home with a fenced in yard. She does well with children and other dogs, however we arent sure how she would get along with cats. She is a loveable big old baby who LOVES treats, belly rubs, and snuggling.

Roscoe is a great dog. He is very sweet, gentle, friendly and is great with kids and other dogs. However he is adventurous and tends to run if the door is left open. We moved to a new house which does not have a fenced backyard and hence we are unable to contain him. If you have a fenced backyard Roscoe would make a great pet for your family.

Say hello to Wishbone, a fun, happy pup who’s bursting with love, energy, and sweetness! This boy is seriously AMAZING! He adores everyone he meets and will be a perfect addition to an active family with kids and other dogs. Wishbone is a happy boy who enjoys giving hugs and kisses, playing in the yard and snuggling with his people and dog friends. He would do great with a younger, playful dog in his forever home so he has a buddy to play with. Don’t let the pictures deceive you, he’s a little guy at just 32 lbs and won’t get much bigger than that! He’s a perfect size; not too big, not too small! He’s a perfect friend to to take on adventures, curl up on the couch with you and snuggle up in your lap! Wishbone is housebroken and crate trained and does good on a leash. He will master commands with continued training, lots of praise and treats! Because of his energy level, it’s best he has a fenced yard so he has the freedom to run zoomies and burn off some energy safely. He’d also enjoy going for walks, hiking, even car rides to go to fun places! This happy, tail-wagging sweetheart will bring endless fun and love to your home! Story

Ava is an active and social dog that weighs about 43 lbs. She will be turning 2 years old this December. Ava is dog-friendly, intelligent, and is popular at the dog park and doggy daycare. Ava loves to play with every dog she meets. Therefore, she would do best in a home with another young dog to play with daily. An active family who is home during the day would be great for her. She can get the zoomies if cooped up for long periods of time. She loves pools, lakes, beaches, and hikes; she’d be a great dog for a family that likes to spend time outdoors. She also loves to play tug-of-war (she’ll probably win!) and fetch. Ava is good with kids but because of her love of zoomies and her playful energy, we recommend kids 12 or older. Ava needs a yard that is fenced. She can jump a 4’ fence easily. The times she has gotten out she stays close by and hasn’t run away; she also has good recall. We haven’t tested her with an electric fence but because she’s so intelligent, we do think she’d learn to use one easily. She is housebroken and isn’t crated when left alone; she has free reign of the house and as long as there isn’t a plate of food left out for her to swipe, she’s fine. She doesn’t particularly like crates but has tolerated them in the past. She can sometimes be hesitant around new people at first, particularly adult men, but will warm up to them quickly. She will make a fun, and loving companion, especially if you are looking for an active, playful fun-loving dog! Barrett, aka Bear is a happy husky mix who loves his people and other dogs! Bear is gentle and sweet and loves getting attention. He loves to run and enjoys being outdoors so an active family or person would be perfect for him. Bear is housebroken and leash trained and loves walks!! He's is a people pleaser and will stick right by his human's side whether you are outside hanging out, inside watching TV or working from home, Bear is the perfect sidekick. He's a very smart boy who is very treat motivated! In true husky fashion, he is a Houdini who finds ways to get out of yards by climbing fences so a fence isn't necessary. He does have great recall but needs to be supervised outside. He's a sweet and loving boy who is loyal to his people and would be your very best friend! He needs an active family who enjoys going for walks and someone home during the day! Bear loves his people so much and has a lot of anxiety when left alone all day.
