Story
Bandit (dachshund) and Basque (lab mix) recently found themselves in search of a new home after their owner suddenly passed away. They were confused and sad and only have each other but have been settling into their foster home and doing good. They are now looking for the next chapter. They are both 10 yrs old. Both are sweet, dog friendly and mostly enjoy a good nap on the couch, house broken just really easy low energy dogs. Bandit could use a diet to help him lose a few extra lbs but he is a happy guy. They would love to find a home where they will be spoiled. August 4, 2026, 9:13 pm

Story
I’m looking for help rehoming my 4-year-old Boxer through a reputable rescue. This has been an extremely difficult decision for our family, but we believe it’s the safest and most responsible one. Our Boxer is healthy, neutered, current on vaccinations, and has been a loved member of our family. He is affectionate with us, enjoys being around people he knows, and generally does well once visitors are inside the home. The reason we are seeking placement is we frequently host other families. Several months ago, there was one incident where a neighborhood kid tried to enter our home and our kid went to stop him. During the exchange our dog gave what appeared to be a warning bite. The bite did not puncture the skin, there was no blood, and no medical treatment needed. There have been no other bite incidents. We are committed to transparency on this. We are not looking to simply surrender him to a shelter. Our goal is to find him the right home through an experienced foster or rescue.

Story
Princess (blue brindle) is about 18 mos to 2 years old and Piggy (black & tan) is about 1 year old. They are crate trained and potty trained. Princess takes a few minutes to warm up to new people but Piggy is a little ham who has never met a stranger. If you've ever thought about getting 2 dogs so they have a friend to play with, then these are the dogs for you! They play so well together and spend a good portion of their days doing so. They love rope toys, Kongs, and tennis balls. Princess and Piggy are bonded and will need to be adopted together. They enjoy short walks and love to snuggle with their people after a long day of playing with each other. If you are interested please submit an application on our website www.4paws4rescue.com     August 4, 2026, 9:13 pm
