Story
Julie is a sweet and loyal girl who loves a good bark in the park, hike, game of tug-of-war, or nap. She is a seven-year-old lab mix -- though she has a lot of energy for a "senior" dog, she is slowing down, and loves to cuddle as much as she loves to walk. Julie has been through individual training to reduce anxiety around other dogs; however, she can still be reactive on walks. She is highly treat and pets motivated; she absolutely loves a good scritch on the ear or on the booty by her tail. She would do best in a home without other dogs or cats and without kids, with someone willing to work with her on training. We love Julie so much and are heartbroken to be rehoming due to new medical needs - we know she'd be a fantastic addition to any person looking for a loving dog.

Story
This is Frankie. He’s a 3-year-old chocolate lab, born on June 13th, 2022, and I’ve had the joy of raising him since he was 8 weeks old. Frankie is everything you would expect from a chocolate lab. He’s loyal , playful, affectionate, and incredibly smart. He loves playing chess, belly rubs, chasing tennis balls, and just being around his people. He’s fully house-trained, great with kids and other dogs, and has a gentle, friendly nature. Frankie means the world to me, and I want to find him a home where he’ll be loved, well cared for, and part of the family. If you or someone you know might be the right fit for Frankie, please reach out. I’m happy to answer any questions and would love to find a home that feels just right for him.

Story
Noah is 2yr old Roman Rottweiler. He has lived in the same home since he was 8 weeks old, with 2 other dogs (American Staffordshire Terriers 4 yr male and 1 6yr female). Noah has been potty trained and had obedience training. He would do well in a home with other dogs or alone. He has been around and would do well being around children over 5 or used to large breeds. Noah has not fully grown out of the puppy stage yet, so he is still playful and full of energy. He does very well going for walks and loves a good round of tug-o-war! He loves hugs and belly rubs. Overall he is just a big teddy bear.

Story
Moon is a 4-year-old Siberian Husky. He is very energetic and extremely curious, which can sometimes be perceived as aggressive. While he knows a few commands, he is not yet house-trained. As a busy single parent who is expecting a child, I am seeking a home with experience and patience in caring for a Husky, or a suitable breeder. Things to note: While I'm at work, he explores the house with open windows to watch outside. I keep bedroom doors closed, allowing access to the living room, kitchen, and basement. He rarely makes a mess unless food is accessible or the trash can is uncovered. Cat: I’ve had a cat before, but they didn’t always get along since he was also a male and 8 years old. I kept them mostly separated. Around kids: I have a 12-year-old boy who does great with Moon. However, my 5-year-old, Moon, is too playful and tends to scratch. Dogs: He can be aggressive with other male dogs, he tends to warm of quick to female dogs and will follow behind them

Story
Noodle is a silly, affectionate dog who we have loved sharing our lives with for 4 years. Noodle knows all her basic commands, and a couple more fancy ones! She is fully house trained and will let you know when she needs to go outside. She loves getting her zoomies out in the yard or on walks in the park. The girl loves a walk with a long leash away from other pups! :) She will show you her belly for belly rubs, give signature excited a-woo-woo-woos, and will give as many kisses as you'll let her. While she can be playful, Noodle also usually wants to be curled up on her fluffy dog bed or her spot on the couch. Unfortunately, it has become obvious, after professional training and trying different living situations, that Noodle will do best an only pet. We love her dearly and and want the best for her. We look forward to chatting more about our sweet pup with you.

Story
Daisy was adopted by Gateway Pet Guardians in 2022. She is 5 years old. Daisy is a sweet girl, 60 lbs, house trained, crate trained, and good on a leash with a harness. Daisy is playful, goofy, and sweet. She loves to snuggle, play outside, go for walks, enjoys bones, belly rubs and new toys! She is very good motivated! She needs a home that has a family who can play with her, take her on walks, and snuggle. We want Daisy to go to a loving family that has time to spend either her. A person or family with older kids/no kids would be best as she is not aware of how big she is. Happy to provide all dog items we have for her (crate, bowl, accessories, beds, etc).
