Story
We adopted Lilo years ago when her initial adopter could not handle a puppy. She’s been with us and a part of our family for so long, but we’ve recently had a rough go and had to move 3 times in 6 months. Now we are settled, but Lilo is very very unhappy. We’ve tried so many things in our new situation, but to no avail. She is terrified to go outside at our home, but will be outside and totally her old self in other places. We have a baby, and two other dogs, and I feel like our new situation is not the best for her. She gets along well with other dogs, and so far with our baby, but with all of this change, her reactions have shifted. It’s disheartening and devastating, but I want her to be happy again, to not feel so much fear, to get to relax, as well as not have to worry if one day she will react instinctively towards my child. We feel she needs a new, calm, stable home, so she can be her old sweet self again.

Story
Me and my fiancé found Totti roaming down the street looking to find any puddle of water he could, just to get a drink. Upon seeing him we immediately stopped, and he very willingly let me pick him up and put him in the car. We took him straight to the vet to get a full examination done because he was malnourished, covered in fleas, and had two large gashes over the tops of both ears. The vet informed us that he indeed had a chip, and the owners were contacted several times, that being said we have still not heard back and unfortunately, I do believe that he was dumped. The vet listened to his heart and lungs all of which sounded great and judging by his teeth she believes that he is between 2 and 3 years old. Me and my fiancé were able to provide him with all the medications that he needs in order to start feeling better as well as a full belly and place to sleep until we can find him his forever home. He is a gentle, sweet boy, who likes to cuddle and deserves a loving family.

Story
Thor is a nine year old pure breed Huskey. He loves any attention. He really loves butt scratches. He is good with other dogs. I’m not sure about cats. He may be nine but you would think he’s only 3. He loves to play and has lots of energy. He isn’t always a talker. But if has something to say you will definitely hear him. He loves ropes and bones. And he just really needs a home since I don’t have anywhere to go with him.

Story
Ella is 4 years old and just over 60lbs. If you are looking for a hugging dog, then Ella is the dog for you. She is such a sweetheart with people; unfortunately other dogs bring out the worst in her. She loves walks but is very reactive if another dog is in the area. That is why she definitely requires a fence. Ella can be a little fearful of loud noises and strange people. Don't overlook her. If you would like to meet Ella (and she definitely is worth it!) please go to odas.org and fill out the preliminary under the Adopt column. Once received we will schedule an appointment for Ella to meet you.
