Story
Chester came from a breeder in Illinois. He went through obedience training after he was about 6 months old. He follows basic commands on and off leash. He was raised with six kids. He has always had his care at Webster Groves Animal Hospital until I became a single parent and he has had care through Cheap Pricks. Around 2 years of age he had a benign tumor removed from his head. There was no recurrence. He was terrible affected by the Covid pandemic. The first time we left the house (everyone) as a family he howled so loudly we heard him in our car in the driveway. One of us had to stay home with him. Since then he has had some destructive anxious behaviors when left alone. He also has the need (prostate issues? Anxiety affecting bowels?) but if he barks to go out, he needs to go NOW! He usually pees three times before done- or will pee in the house. Chester is gentle, loves to fetch, snuggles the best! However he needs a retired couple or stay at home parent!

Story
Sarah Connor was a momma dog who was named after being found in the middle of a rural highway, protecting her single puppy. A kind-hearted person rescued her. Later, three other puppies were found nearby and joyfully reunited with Momma Sarah. Vista is one of the three puppies found nearby. He was adopted and then, through no fault of his own (divorce), Vista has been returned to Missouri K9 Friends. He is an energetic, playful, goofy boy who loves tummy rubs. He is friendly with other dogs. Because he has high energy, he may not be best suited in a home with younger children.

Story
Hello my name is Pippin or Pip for short! I am an 8 year old Pomeranian. I am a senior dog so this comes with senior needs such as wearing doggie diapers - I am a tiny dog with a tiny bladder. I am up to date on all my shots and I am neutered. I love a play toy or a doggie day camp visit and still have lots of energy for an old boy but will also nap with you. I am friendly with other dogs, kids and all people but require cuddles! My current owner is getting older and has her own health issues. She adopted me in 2023. I am looking for my forever home and cant wait to meet you! (Pippin will come with: many reusable washable cloth doggie diapers, toys, crate, harness, leash, food, etc) Owner is willing to drive up to 1.5 hours from Ballwin MO to meet the right person for Pippins forever home.

Story
Meet Holley! She was born on Valentine's Day 2023 which is fitting because she is a love bug. Holley LOVES being around and cuddling her humans. In fact, she loves this a little TOO much - which is why we need to rehome her. Competing for attention and resources with our other dog has stressed Holley out and caused fighting. She would be best in a home where she is the only animal so she can soak up all of the attention. Holley is a Husky-Pitbull mix which means she loves to cuddle and play. She's happy playing fetch, tug, or running! She needs some help with her leash skills but otherwise she is house trained and crate trained. We would prefer adopting her to someone who works remote or is home most of the time as she struggles with separation anxiety and will have accidents in the home. We know Holley would thrive in an environment where she is the only dog and can cuddle you all day! We will provide you with her crate, food, toys, and blankets!
