Story
Cookie is a 1 year old mix breed. She came to us as a stray. We got her spayed and her shots. We are unable to keep her. Our senior dog is not a good match with her. She is kennel trained and loves people. Very kind and she is still learning and needs a solid daily routine. Needs a fenced yard but does listen off leash. She would thrive with a younger dog her size that plays well with other dogs. She loves to run and play ball and really needs to find a good home. Also would not recommend senior dogs because she plays a little too hard for them.

Story
Sweet and loving dog. Recently rescued but I just do not have the time she deserves. I am a single father, I work full time and I also attend college full time. She deserves more affection than I can give her with my busy schedule. She loves to play and run around in the yard. She is great with my son who is five years old. She was good around other dogs the couple times I tried it. The only reason I'm looking to re-home is that I feel awful she doesn't get the attention she deserves with my busy schedule.

Story
Meet Deer, a stunning red-and-white Australian Cattle Dog with bright eyes, a quick mind, and a whole lot of personality packed into her 44-lb frame. Around 2 years old, Deer is at that perfect age where she’s ready to learn, explore, and bond deeply with her people. In the shelter environment, she’s shown some inner conflict—she wants to interact but isn’t always sure how to feel at first. Give her a little patience and space to decide she’s safe, and you’ll see her confidence bloom.Once Deer knows you’re part of her circle, watch out—she turns into a total wild child in the best way. She’s energetic, playful, and full of life, the kind of dog who will thrive with structure, activity, and someone who appreciates the clever, busy nature of a true cattle dog. Deer will do best with an adopter who understands her need for both mental and physical outlets and is excited to build trust with a dog who gives her whole heart once she’s in.The dog adoption fee is $110. They come spayed/neutered, microchipped, first set of vaccines including DAPP (parvo combo), Bordatella (kennel cough), have been dewormed with Pyrantel, and have been treated with selamectin for fleas. Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online. If you`d like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510.
