Story
We got Tank when she was a puppy. She is 3 years old. She is very energetic, loves fetch, hiking, running, playing in the water. I would say that she is a velcro-type dog. She is protective of her family. Her new home will need to have pet owners who have ample time devoted to training, excersicing, and obedience. She is obedient and knows basic commands. She has shown aggression towards other dogs, so we mostly keep her away from other dogs if she is off leash. She does much better being on a leash around other dogs. She gets along great with our cat. I would say that she has a very strong predatory instinct. She has nipped at our daughter twice when she unexpectedly encountered another dog when Tank was off her leash. She barks often due to her protective nature. She will simmer down with voice commands and redirection. She is crate trained. We are looking for a new home for Tank in hopes that a new owner will have time to work on her challenging behavoir charateristics.

Story
Apple can be transported anywhere between the Washington/Canadian border, Spokane and Southern Oregon. Apple was part of a litter surrendered after 2 puppies sadly passed away due to lack of care by their owner. She was born 10/16/23 and is a mix of around 15 different breeds, including German shepherd and cattle dog. Her sister London is also available for adoption; however, after a trial separation, it was determined that they do not need to be adopted together. Apple has one floppy ear and will tap your leg with her paw to ask for scratches. She gets the cutest little zoomies! Apple is extremely sweet and loves to be near her person. She is: -Friendly with large and small dogs. -Gentle with an 11 lb. senior dog in their foster home. -House trained, crate trained, and know “sit.” -Vaccinated and will be spayed. Apple is an absolute sweetheart and the perfect, low-maintenance family dog. Although she is still young, she does not behave like a wild puppy at all. She is obedient and learns quickly, she’s well behaved, and she loves to be a couch potato indoors. She can be shy at first, but she thrives when playing with other dogs. She’s very playful and loves to run around, but she also knows when it’s time to be calm. Apple is looking for an active family with at least 1 dog friend and a fully enclosed yard. Fence is ideally at least 5 feet tall. Must be a decent sized yard for her breed and someone home so she isn’t crated and alone all day. Must be able to provide a forever home. Applications can be found at caringhearts4paws.org Adoption donation is $375, which includes her spays, vaccinations, microchip. Home check is required.

Her name is Nyla! 2 years old and rescued, she is a sweet cuddle bug and grew up around cats and dogs! She is mixed with Plott hound, lab, and Pitt. Sweet, timid, listens and happy as can be! She does have skin allergies that run in most Pitt genetics. Her skin is healing now from getting hit pretty bad with a skin infection. She is playful and loveable, I just don’t have the time to continue to foster her.
