Story
If you're interested in fostering or adopting, please fill out the application on our website If she finds a foster and forever home, she will be on the next transport to WA Connie is still very fearful. She was rescued out of a high kill shelter. She is doing very well with her foster mom but is still fearful of other people. She is dog friendly but does have some kennel aggression (when kenneled she barks at dogs who come near her kennel). She's a year old and a chihuahua mix, possibly with rat terrier. She is a fence climber and needs a tall fenced yard.
