Story
This is Jet, he is a very sweet and kind dog. My brother-in-law moved and unfortunately could not take Jet with him. My husband and I decided to take him in temporarily while he finds a new home. Jet is potty trained for the most part, but still has accidents especially when left alone for periods of time. My husband and I work a lot, so having him home alone is not really ideal for him. I think he would do amazing at a home that has a large backyard where he can run and get out his energy (we have a small townhome with a tiny backyard). He is good with kids (preferably older kids because he jump on u at times) and other dogs of all sizes. He has good periods of calmness, but still has that goofy and energetic husky energy. I think he would do great with someone that has time on their hands and some land for him to run. He’s so sweet and I wouldn’t mind keeping him, but it would be selffish because he needs more attention and space.

Story
We’re looking to re-home our gentle giant, Hussle, as we prepare to welcome our first child and unfortunately no longer have the space he deserves. Hussle is incredibly well-behaved, loving, friendly, and the sweetest cuddle buddy. He does have some special needs, including allergies that require a little extra TLC and care, but he is absolutely worth it. This is a very difficult decision, and we’re hoping to find him a loving, patient home where he’ll receive all the care and attention he deserves. ❤️

Story
Complimentary Post Currently in foster care Meet Bonnie! Bonnie is a 5–6 year old pittie mix weighing around 40–45 lbs, and she is pure sweetness wrapped in a Velcro body. This girl loves her people and wants nothing more than to be right by your side—whether that’s cuddling on the couch, hanging out while you work, or following you from room to room. Bonnie is housetrained, knows how to use a doggie door, and is used to being at home with her owner. Because of that, she would do best in a home where she can spend lots of time with her humans, which will help make her transition smooth and stress-free. She’s friendly with other dogs and has done great with everyone she’s met. That said, Bonnie can be a bit of an attention hog—in the cutest way possible! If another dog is getting pets, she might politely step in front to remind you she’s there too. We’re working on those manners, and she’s eager to learn. Bonnie enjoys playing, loves a good bone, and can get a little wild during playtime—but she’s easily redirected and always means well. When the fun is over, she’s right back to being your loyal cuddle buddy. If you’re looking for a loving, people-oriented dog who will stick by your side through thick and thin, Bonnie might just be your perfect match. Bonnie is spayed, up to date on shots & microchipped *********************** If you are interested in meeting Bonnie, you can email us at jerseygirlsanimalrescue@gmail.com

Story
My grandma recently broke her shoulder and has been struggling to keep up with her dog Mia. Mia is absolutely adorable . She loves to play outside and is very demanding for belly rubs! She loves to be cuddled and does follow you everywhere. She loves dressing up and even tolerates shoes. She does not bite, and is very food motivated. Mia will be an easy rehome, she’s very easily attached to everyone she meets! She does sometimes have accidents in the house if she’s not on a scheduled routine, but otherwise is pretty good about going outside.

Story
Good Day to you, my future owner!!! My name is Rocky, and I’m the best dog in the world! I’m great with ALL children, cats, other dogs, and most importantly, humans. I’m house broken/trained and can be alone for hrs, if you have to go away for a while. I don’t tear up anything where I live, so you’d have no worry there. All I ask of you is to love me until we part and take me for walks and more dog parks, and occasionally play catch or go swimming!!
