Story

I have had little bear since she was only 6 weeks old. She looked like a little polar bear so thats what we named her. I worked 13 hr night shifts raising 1 kid with several dogs and little bear is MY dog. Not the kids mine. Shes the best hunter of flys, mosquitoes, spiders, and any kind of bug she sees. She catches and leaves never to see that bug again. She handles it out if sight.. weird right? On the hunt every morning noon and night I let her out and she gracefully jumps the 4 foot fence even tho shes only 12 lbs and she runs the whole 2.5 achres from 1 end to the other looking for anything if she can chase. . Skunk. (Never been sprayed) shes fast! Racoon. Never been bitten. Shes fast,! And when she sees a chicken ...you say no no little bear and she comes right back and smiles that cheesy grin! Oh shes such a good girl. But I have to rehome her and ,I would love visits if possible. ! Im crying writing this. Story to continue.. ok i need more room.

Story

Jake is a cranky ol guy who gets around like a young dog. He jumps in and out of my car easily and loves when i come home from work to play. I have 6 other dogs and he doesn't get the attention he deserves at all He loves to sit on your lap as you mow the lawn on your riding lawn mower if you happen to have 1 and he just loves the out doors. Hes game to go for a ride if he knows where hes going. Today he didnt want to go for a ride which is unlike him. But he did just spend 2 nights away from the pack and maybe wanted to just stay home today. I travel alot for work and he really needs a stay at home parent to be his forever buddy. He does have a growl that will put you back a little . When i go to pick him up he sometimes nips n growls but it never hurts. Hes doesnt liking being picked. up. I wound not have small kids around Jake because of this factor. And an adult house hold would be best.for Jake. Hes apx 7 years old dispite his grey hair and has lots of life left in him.

Story

Dax is a working line German shepherd. We got him at 10 weeks old and put an immense amount of work/training into him. He’s a sweet boy, but requires more work from us than we can give him at this time. We have 2 young children and one on the way. He does so well with our kids and is loyal. He can be very vocal when he doesn’t receive our immediate attention. Dax enjoys fetch, walks, car rides, meeting new people, and hide-and-go seek. He also really loves training with treats. He knows basic commands, is kenneled when we are gone, and doesn’t mind loud noises (such as fireworks and thunderstorms). He would do really well with a companion who can give him the time and attention he seeks. We haven’t had him around other dogs much, and seems to be a little territorial of his space. I’m not sure if this is something that could be worked through, or just his temperament. Is Dax the companion dog you’re looking for? He can’t wait to meet you!

Meatball came to us with no fur and a smell about him. Now he loves napping on the couch and eating his veggies lol he is a lover but our old dog is not a fan of sharing her space and we don’t have a lot of space to begin with. He walks on a leash likes to wear his pj’s and is kennel trained. He is great with kids and other animals. He is not a yapper but will bark if startled. He is a great dog who is ready to find his forever couch.

This is my girl michi. She is 3 years old and we got her when she was a puppy. She’s super sweet with people. I’ve taken her to the fair and she lets people come up to her and pet her. She doesn’t mind cats or other dogs. She is also crate trained to sleep indoors at night. I would love for her to go to a loving family and someone who will give her a good life. She loves cuddles and likes to play. She loves stuffies and playing in the park.

Canelo is a very sweet dog. We got him through a friend and we’ve had him since he was a puppy. He’s very nervous and shy sometimes but definitely warms up to you eventually. Very food motivated and can sit when told. He is crate trained. He’s out during the day and sleeps indoors at night. He is 5 years old and loves to play and run. We are looking for someone who will have the time to play and be with him. He’s very sweet and I would love for him to go to a good family. He just needs a chance. He does not mind being with other dogs.
