Story

Chance is a 10 year old, neutered male, chipped, we are his third home, and a bonded pair with Cassidy, a soft-coated Wheaten Terrier. Great leash walker, not great with crates, he is itty bitty (~5lbs) and made a great emotional support pet for our children who have since grown and moved out. Great with kids, cats, and loves to be carried around! Cassidy, She is 12 years old, female, spayed, chipped and was purchased from a breeder. She is great on a leash, crate trained, knows come, sit, down but we have not been able to house break her unless she is confined to a specific area. She loves other dogs and kids though she can be excitable at first and might knock down little ones. Cassidy isn't a great match if you have free range chickens.

Cheddar is a protector and a lover dog! She loves kids and people. She is going to be 3 in December. She is energetic and loyal. I do think she would thrive as the only pet in the house. I ended up having some life changes and moving and I am no longer able to have pets. I want her to go to a home where she is loved and can run and play!

I love going on walks, I love the park, mommy walks me 2-3 miles a day since I have lots of energy. I’m a big teddy bear. I know how to pee on my pee pad, I love sunbathing but also enjoy the snow! I’m an indoor and outdoor doggie. I love kisses, sometimes I get very k close to your face (that’s how I show my love) I know how to sit, stop, go, run, I’m good on the leash.

Sugar loves people of all ages, she is a lapdog if allowed, and will sleep close to you if you let her. Her best new family will have no other female dogs, though she gets along great with males. Not sure how she would be with cats. She needs an updated rabies shot and I have scheduled that. Otherwise she’s a healthy 2.5 year old Pitt mix with a sweet disposition.

Wilbur came from a hoarding situation, so he’s had to learn a lot about the world along the way. He may take some time to warm up to new people, but he has made wonderful progress in his foster home. Once he gets comfortable with you, you’ll discover a sweet companion who loves being nearby and quietly enjoying life with his people. One of the best things about Wilbur is how well-mannered he is. He’s house-trained, trustworthy when left home alone, and is happy to settle into his routine. He also LOVES walks. He’s friendly with both dogs and cats and especially enjoys having another calm, confident dog around. In fact, a canine companion is important for Wilbur because having a doggy friend helps him feel secure and gives him confidence as he navigates new experiences. Wilbur’s ideal home will be patient and understanding, with people who appreciate that relationships take time and who are happy to let Wilbur come to them rather than expecting him to immediately be everyone’s best friend.
