Story
Petey wants a forever home! It's impossible not to fall in love with this sweet little guy! Petey is quiet, calm, and has a sweet personality, and he's sooo adorable. He gets along well with other dogs, loves people, and he's housebroken too. When Petey came to us, he was so severely neglected that his coat was painfully matted and had to be shaved. He's actually a yorkie! He has had a dental and received all of the medical care he needed. This little senior is ready to find a family to love him for the rest of his life. He is located in Berthoud, Colorado.

Story
Cassidy, a sweet Soft-coated Wheaten Terrier, is a bonded pair with Chance, a Yorkie-Poo. She is 12 years old, female, spayed, chipped and was purchased from a breeder. She is great on a leash, crate trained, knows come, sit, down but we have not been able to house break her unless she is confined to a specific area. She loves other dogs and kids though she can be excitable at first and might knock down little ones. Cassidy isn't a great match if you have free range chickens.Chance is a 10 year old, neutered male, chipped, we are his third home. Great leash walker, not great with crates, he is itty bitty (~5lbs) and made a great emotional support pet for our children who have since grown and moved out. Great with kids, cats, and loves to be carried around!

Story
Sasha is a lover girl. She just loves people and people love her right back. She just turned 11 years old, but is still an energetic gal. She is very smart and food motivated. She knows sit, dance, and spin, and loves to do them all in a row on command for a treat! She will just follow you everywhere and use every opportunity to get a belly rub. We do have a cat, and she ignores him. She will definitely overeat if allowed, but you can use this food motivation to teach her new tricks. Our kids loved to set up obstacle courses for her in the yard when she was younger. She can be dog reactive on walks (related to leash pulling) but a harness helps, and so does simply crossing the street. We will miss Sasha, but are unable to take her when we move.

Story
This is D or Deezer, he will 11 years old in October. Our landlord decided to sell and we had to move quickly and our new landlord will not allow dogs. He has never damaged anything in the house but he will tear through dog toys pretty quickly. He is a sweetheart and loves to cuddle with you and a blanket. He is your shadow and will move when you move. He loves the water and being outside. He is fine on a leash but does not like when bikes pass by quickly, i would typically just step to the side when bikes came by and had him sit. I have two kids and he did great with both. I would have to put him outside if the boys were playing with balls or getting rowdy because he would get hyper and start to jump on the kiddos. Other than that the was fine. I will say if your house is calm he is very calm, if your house is chaotic he may get more hyper and jump. He could be in the front yard without a leash and would stay close by. He would only run if he was distracted by something.

Story
Aki is an almost 8-year-old Spitz mix looking for her perfect retirement home! I originally took Aki in as a temporary foster when her owner experienced a major life change and was no longer able to take her back. He has since asked me to help find Aki (and her friends) loving forever homes where they can spend their golden years surrounded by love.Aki has a history of doing well with children, other dogs, and strangers. She has not been tested with cats. She is house-trained, crate-trained, and settles well into home life. What truly makes Aki special is her affectionate personality. She absolutely adores people and is happiest when she’s close to her humans, whether that’s cuddling on the couch, following you around the house, or simply soaking up attention. If you’re looking for a dog that loves to love, Aki is your girl! She also enjoys spending time outdoors and would thrive in a home that can give her both companionship and opportunities to enjoy the fresh air.
