Story
The perfect home for Tiny would be someone with patience, understanding, and the time to help her continue to blossom. Tiny isn’t a dog you will adopt and immediately and get to love you. But that’s one of the things that makes her so special! She would do best with someone who is home most of the day or has a flexible schedule. Tiny seems to be housebroken (and will use a pee pad) but her foster mom takes her outside regularly throughout the day. At mealtime, she prefers to be hand-fed and currently has little interest in eating from a bowl. Tiny gets along well with other dogs, although this sweet, toothless little girl has a bit of sass! She may occasionally guard her favorite person around other dogs, so her new family should be aware of this and be willing to continue helping her feel safe and secure. If you're looking for a special little companion and have the patience to let love grow at Tiny's pace, she will be well worth the wait! Email us with questions at rescue@harleysdream.org.

Story
Cassidy, a sweet Soft-coated Wheaten Terrier, is a bonded pair with Chance, a Yorkie-Poo. She is 12 years old, female, spayed, chipped and was purchased from a breeder. She is great on a leash, crate trained, knows come, sit, down but we have not been able to house break her unless she is confined to a specific area. She loves other dogs and kids though she can be excitable at first and might knock down little ones. Cassidy isn't a great match if you have free range chickens.Chance is a 10 year old, neutered male, chipped, we are his third home. Great leash walker, not great with crates, he is itty bitty (~5lbs) and made a great emotional support pet for our children who have since grown and moved out. Great with kids, cats, and loves to be carried around!

Story
Cody currently lives with a GSP “brother” & cat “sister,” but we think he’d thrive as an only dog, he enjoys his relaxing time. Cody is 7 years young — he still has plenty of energy for big adventures but is also content with 20-30 min walks with some frisbee time sprinkled in. We’ve had him since he was a puppy and spent a lot of time training since we got him.He is up to date on vaccines, healthy, potty trained, crate trained, can free roam tho, & knows all basic obedience commands plus more. Cody is a true adventure dog—he loves hikes, camping, paddle boarding, bike rides, walks, & playing frisbee. He is up for anything if it means being with his human. He also loves lying on pillows and snuggles.Cody has always been gentle with kids, but after he nipped my nephew & recently growled / barked at another young child, we no longer feel confident he is safe around young children, especially with our baby becoming more mobile. He deserves a calm child-free home with lots of love.

Story
Sweetie is a good dog, in every way. My elderly aunt adopted her in Ohio. We believe she was rescued from a puppy mill where she was a breeding female. Unfortunately, my aunt passed away last December in a car accident. I was very close to my aunt and when my family and I went back to Illinois to handle the estate and arrangements my daughter (who was also very close to her GANT (her name for “great aunt”) and I decided Aunt Di would want us to take Sweetie. A couple weeks in my son started to display signs of being allergic. We don’t want to lose her but no amount of air filters, vacuuming, or special shampoo is working. She doesn’t bark, bite, or jump up on people. She wants nothing more than to follow you around the house and lay with you. She’s roughly 7, and has a heart murmur, a couple bad teeth and arthritis in her hip. She only limes short walks then insists on being carried. She’s known nothing but love since she was rescued. She’s up to date with all her shots.

He should be on a farm working but as long as he has a loving owner he will be fine. Im moving and cant have him where im going. That is the only reason im getting rid of him.
