Story
Meet Gus! He is a handsome, 70 lb bundle of love who has been a devoted family member since he was a puppy. Now 5 years old, he is in the prime of his life: fully house-trained, well-mannered, and a world-class snuggler. Gus is a classic "one-family dog”. When it comes to his fur-siblings, he can be over-protective of his favorite people and high-value treats (a common trait called resource guarding), so he needs a home where he doesn't feel the need to compete for your attention or his snacks. It can take Gus a little longer to warm up to new faces but once you are part of his circle, he is incredibly affectionate and loving. He is looking for a patient adopter who understands the he prefers a quiet home where guest introductions are handled slowly and with plenty of treats. While Gus has some specific needs, the reward of winning his trust is unmatched. If you can offer a patient, single-pet home where he can let down his guard, Gus will give you 100% of his heart.

Story
Tundra's a sweet sweet 11 year old boy who's been through a lot. His family separated after 5yrs and Tundra relocated with dad for the last 5 years when he passed. He was returned to me after 6 years on Jan 2, 2026. Unfortunately, my daughter has began having full blown asthma attacks and my health has significantly declined. He is up to date on shots, been being treated for a skin infection, double ear infection, a hot spot, and a possible UTI. Blood work is good. He is house trained. He stares and/or whines when he needs to go out. He knows basic commands, sit, down, stay (sometimes), shake, high five, back. He is not food aggressive. He loves colder weather, being outside, and he's talkative. He loves to be next to you or on a cold floor. He does not get on furniture. He needs a well fenced yard and lots of love. He is scheduled to be fixed 2/12/2026.

Size
(when grown) Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Good with cats, Needs special attention, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Juno is a loving, house-mannered, reliably potty-trained 7 year old pom with a gentle heart and a nervous soul. She’s looking for a quiet, calm home where she can finally feel safe. She can be anxious at first and is very bark-reactive when startled or overwhelmed, but she has no aggression whatsoever. Because of her vocal anxiety, she is not apartment-friendly and does best in peaceful, low-noise homes. Once comfortable, Juno is affectionate, silly, and loves staying close to her people—often quietly underfoot. Her crate is her safe space; she sleeps there at night and chooses it when she needs downtime. She is friendly with adults, calm older children (young kids scare her), cats, and other calm dogs. She walks well on a leash (harness only). Juno had corrective surgery for luxating patellas 4 years ago and is fully healed and healthy. Strict weight management is essential to protect her knees. No jumping, limited stairs, traction floors & assistance onto furniture are required.

Story
This is Tianna or known as TT for short. about 3 years of age, not clear when her birthdate is. Her owner left for the military before finding a home for her! I already have another female from the same litter and they have littermate syndrome and need to be separated. Tianna gets along with other dogs and kids as well but a difficult situation and we want her to have more. We have tried other options as well for a couple months but nothing has worked out. She is kennel trained! She comes with a completely new set of bowls, a new pink kennel (both still in box), her leash and harness. Shes very playful and I believe she only knows how to sit. She just needs someone patient to teach her some more commands she learns quickly. I want her to be able to have a home where she can have more to run around and be happier as I know I cant give her the life she deserves, I hope someone else can. Its an unexpected situation for us but we are trying our hardest to give her better.

Story
Duke is a good boy who needs a home where he can get the attention he needs. We moved into a smaller house/yard, then had a baby, and Duke has been having a hard time since. He needs a home with other dogs to play/be with. Someone who can be patient with him and give him the amount of attention he requires. He is good with children and other pets, cats and dogs. Our baby loves him. He is a sweet cuddle bug and fierce protector of the house. My problem is Duke has very bad separation anxiety. He chews up things if he feels confined when alone and will hurt himself trying to escape a crate. We love him but I feel we aren't meeting his needs anymore.
