Story
Lily is a very sweet, couch snuggle loving friend. She came to her current home a couple years back because her previous owner wasn’t able to relocate with her. Right now she lives with one human and three other canine friends that she gets along with very well. Unfortunately, Lily experienced some trauma and abuse at some point in her past, the extent to which is unknown. At times when the other dogs are playing Lily will get upset if the playing gets a little rough. When she is outside in the yard or on a walk she has difficulty staying focused. She experiences quite a bit of separation anxiety, often whining and moaning if left by herself. Lily is very gentle and sweet, but loud noises like fireworks and thunder can scare her easily. Lily would be very happy in a home that can offer her a lot of love and support. She does very well with children and other dogs. Lily deserves a home that can give her dedicated attention, love, and support for her to thrive.

Story
Dixie has been a great dog for us for four years. Recently however, she has been getting more and more aggressive with our other dogs and even more so with outside dogs. She has always been sweet and gentle with her sisters and our grandchildren. But we just can’t keep her around the other dogs anymore. I really can’t see putting her down, and even the thought of giving her to the humane society in a cage alone breaks my heart. I’d love for her to go to a good home. She loves getting pets and belly rubs and generally any attention she can get.

Story
I rescued Durango from an unfortunate situation where his owner became homeless. I felt so sorry for him staying in a car in the cold, below zero weather. I thought i could keep him and care for him but it turns out that there's a rule where I live that you cannot have a dog over 50 pounds. Also as i am getting up in age and cannot handle his strength and energy. I have COPD, emphysema, my health is declining pretty fast. He is very high energy and so strong. He needs obedience training that i cannot afford. He is potty trained very well. Never has accidents and let's you know he has to go out. He is 2 years old and has only had his first shots.

Story
Cleo was tied up to my backyard when I came home from work one day. She is not my dog. But I have been taking care of her ever since. She stays in a crate because I have cats and she will try to hunt them but she has become good friends with my other dog. She loves to be pet and she super sweet. She is so small for her breed and she just needs someone she can be with she definitely likes to be a part of the pack. She pounces in the backyard like a rabbit it's adorable. I haven't take her to the vet since she's not mine but she has no fleas or worms. I'm moving and she can't come with me since she wasn't even mine to begin with. She needs a loving home! As of today she's getting spayed getting chipped, vaccinated and heart worm prevention. She just needs someone who will love her as much as she loves them

Story
Clark is a sweet, loyal dog. He is a 7 year old shmorkie who we got at 2 weeks old. Clark gets along well with our 11 year old Shih Tzu, but dogs he is unfamiliar with, he will bark and be unfriendly. When we had our twins in 2021 Clark began being more anxious where he would hide under the bed/behind the couch and have uncharacteristic accidents in the house. We figured as the kids grew up Clark’s behavior would change, but he is still a very anxious and not his old self. We also moved from a 4 bedroom house with a big fenced in yard to a condominium with much less space. We love Clark and want him to have a happy life, so we’ve decided to rehome him. Clark would thrive in a situation with no kids as the only animal. He needs space, preferably a yard to run around and just lay in the sun.
