Story
Our sweet boy is cuddly and protective. He loves to watch TV and is very vocal. He barks to let you know he wants to go outside. He let's you know when someone arrives at your home. He loves every one in our family and close friends that he is familiar with, including small children. He gets anxious with lots of people around and gets overprotective. He is not crate trained. He does well with other dogs and loves to play. He is active and needs lots of exercise and space. He is very smart. He stays within outside boundaries well.

Story
MARGO –SWEETIE Oh how we love Margo! That is what we named her when she came into our rescue and gave birth 3 days later to 12 beautiful snuggly pups! She was a wonderful mom. She was surrendered to a local kill shelter because her home would not keep her and some of her other fur siblings in the yard. Animal Control forced her to give them up. We found out later that she was a house dog, potty trained and went by the name Sweetie! Believe it or not the first day I call out “Sweetie” those ears perked up and she came running lol………so I have reverted back to Sweetie but all her medical records are in the name of Margo. She was treated for heartworms and is now clear and super healthy. She is current on all her vaccines, rabies, spay and has been given ProHeart 12 which is a Heartworm prevention shot. She is a Terrier mix and is very social. She loves to walk, hike and play with other dogs. She lives openly with 6 other dogs of varied breed and we have zero issues. She is not food aggressive or toy aggressive. She is fine with children but does not like cats at all. She is good with smaller dogs as well as she has lived with several litters of puppies in her kennel play area. They love her as well…….they will run up to her and nip her back leg then throw themselves at her feet for play. It is the sweetest thing. Margo-Sweeties is 5.5 years old approximately and weighs around 53 lbs. She is darling and so beautiful. We always get so many compliments on her beauty and cute little nose when we go places. If you would like more info about Margo-Sweetie just let me know. Adoption fee details: Puppies - Adults $ 610, Seniors $435. Story
This sweet angel was born on November 1, 2022. Heartley is a Lab mix and weighs 35 lbs. Her sweet mama showed up at a nice ladies house and she took her in and delivered her pups 3 days later. The mama doggie is amazing. You can tell she was neglected as she is blind in one eye and was so thin. It never stopped her from being a great mom. There are 9 in this happy litter. They have known nothing but love and kindness. They are used to children and all other animals. These babes would be great as a new doggie in the home or a second or third addition. If you would like to know more about our sweet baby let us know. Adoption fee details: Puppies - Adults $ 610, Seniors $435. Story
Cain is an adorable, fully vetted 15 week terrier mix who is ADORABLE!!!! He is playful, goofy and very sweet. He loves affection and likes to play in the water. He does entertain himself many times with his toys and loves everyone! He would do very well in a home with a canine friend. He is a typical puppy and will need help from his humans for basic training as he has been living in a boarding set up so he is socialized with many different handlers. This sweet boy, and his brother were abandoned at one of our local vet clinics and they requested help from CAFA to help with finding him his forever home. He should have moderate energy demands as he ages, so he will do best with an active owner or fun-loving family who loves playful puppies. His current weight is approximately 15-20lbs and he has the cutest face that you can brag to all your friends about having the cutest puppy of all. Cain is excited to have a home of his own and is looking for love from a home just as amazing as him! Adoption fee details: Puppies - Adults $ 610, Seniors $435. Story
Isn't she Darlin(Darling)??? Well yes she is and that is exactly how she got her name! Meet DARLIN, a 2 year old Feist? Chihuahua? Mini Pinscher? Dachshund? mix that is absolutely the sweetest and most loving pup ever! She loves everyone....people, dogs and cats! She is fun playful and a dash of everything good in a little dog. She loves to be on the lap and in the bed with her people and playing with her canine pals when not on your lap. She is spunky, fast and you better watch her tongue because she loves to kiss you! She can play with any size dog and can keep up and play as hard as they are willing to last until everyone settles down for nap time. She is crate trained but loves to sleep with her people........under the covers right next to you is where her favorite place is. She loves a ball and furry toys and will play tug of war with her foster pals. She has a GREAT appetite so she needs a controlled diet. She weighed 14 lbs on July 8, 2023. She walks well on a leash and rides good in a car but can be a little nervous but nothing bad at all. She is very affectionate and will push your hand with her nose to get you to keep rubbing her when she's cuddled in your lap. She would be best in a home with another playful dog. She and her pal AbbeyCakes, a shepherd mix was found together when a family could no longer take care of them due to living arrangements and having to many animals to care for in a rental. They were left alone at an abandoned home for weeks until help arrived. AbbeyCakes and Darlin as you will see in the video play great together and are absolutely great together, so if you are looking for a duo to adopt, they would be a great choice. They have been around a 9 year old girl, 3 cats and a variety of dogs and have done wonderful with everyone. If you are seeking a fun loving, snuggle bug that is irresistible, then DARLIN is YOUR GIRL!! Adoption fee details: Puppies - Adults $ 610, Seniors $435.
