Bella is a Boxer/American Bully mix who was adopted from a previous owner when she was a puppy. Bella is energetic and loves people and attention. Bella loves food and can be swayed with the right treat. Bella is a curious one so she will like to sneakily get into things and eat them if it is edible and tasty. Bella is a huge cuddle bug and needs to lay on her human when she sleeps. Recently, Bella has had some health issues (cruciate tear) that has made it challenging for her to do daily activities and play with her dog sister. Looking to find someone to help Bella recover from her health issues and provide her the love and attention her owner hasn’t been able to provide due to finances and inability to take time off work for her recovery.

Story

Sweet Bowie is so happy a family's little boy picked him to be their next foster and leave the county shelter! He spent some time decompressing and learning to be part of a family before going to a new foster home with a lot of fun dogs to play with and learn more about daily life. He is now part of the everyday routine which includes group wrestling, trying to catch water from the hose, pig piling in the house and joining his family for snuggles. Bowie is gaining his confidence day by day and showing what a smart boy he is! Bowie's foster mom says that he is such an engaging little boy and there is something very endearing about him, like a small child seeing the world with wonder as he learns. He is totally perplexed where the water goes when the spray hose is turned off! He is great on a leash, house trained now and figuring it all out day by day. He likes sofa and bed snuggles and has learned cues from the older dogs so that he is now not "an annoying little brother". Bowie would probably do best with other dogs in his life best as they seem to be a great teacher for him - another family dog or attending doggy daycare. Bowie is about 8 months old, crate and house trained. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on all his vetting. This is a dog who was named perfectly! Happy is just that, happy! This sweet, joyful girl will bring a grin to your face and fill your home with love. Happy would love a doggy playmate and if possible fenced in yard to romp in, or perhaps doggy daycare as she is a medium - medium/high energy girl. She learns fast, but could use a little leash manners brush up! Happy is a snuggly girl who loves to hang out with people, she'd love to run errands or go on hikes with you. And her beautiful brindle coat shines as bright as her personality! Happy is about a year old, 50lbs, housebroken and crate trained, spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all vetting. Sweet 7 month old Cosmo is 45lbs of love, fun and companionship who is looking for his forever home and sure to make you laugh. He is a hound through and through, he can sniff and explore with the best of them! If you are in the market for a hiking buddy, this is your boy! Cosmo would love an active family who will take him exploring, and it would be a bonus for him if there was another family dog, Cosmo really loves having his foster brothers and sisters around! While he loves everyone he meets, his foster mom describes him as a "dog's dog", he is currently living with 5 dogs of all sizes and a cat. When he is not playing with his doggy buddies or on the trail of some great scent in the back yard, he is cuddled up with his people or in his favorite lounge chair with a bone. Cosmo does really like children but given his age and hound energy, we feel he is better suited to families with older children.
