Meet Oso ❤️ Oso is a sweet senior mixed-breed dog with Belgian Malinois and German Shepherd heritage. He has a gentle, loving personality and deserves a comfortable home where he can enjoy his golden years. Our family is facing a difficult housing situation. After moving out of my parents' home, one of my brothers planned to care for Oso, but other family members were unwilling to keep him. To prevent him from being surrendered to a shelter, we brought him to our apartment. Unfortunately, our apartment isn't a suitable long-term home for him, so we're hoping to find him a loving family as soon as possible. Despite his age, Oso is incredibly kind and affectionate. He gets along well with kids, other dogs, and even cats. Because he's a senior, he has some difficulty getting around and would do best in a calm home where he can rest comfortably and receive the love and patience he deserves. If you're looking to give a gentle senior dog a second chance.

She comes when called by name and loves being part of the family. She has wonderful house manners and settled into home life almost immediately. Wooden floors? No problem. Stairs? She tackled them with confidence. She also travels beautifully in the car and walks like a dream on leash, making outings together a pleasure. Lady gets along very well with other dogs, including small dogs, and enjoys their company. While she has done wonderfully with dogs of all sizes, we're not yet confident about how she'd do with cats. Her calm, affectionate nature makes her an ideal companion for someone looking for a devoted best friend—especially an older person or anyone who would love a constant, loving presence around the home.

Once she had a chance to explore, her relaxed personality really shone through. She was content to stand quietly, take everything in, and simply enjoy being with her people. Candy is incredibly friendly, gentle, and easy to handle. She welcomed attention, loved meeting new people, and showed the kind of calm confidence that makes her a pleasure to spend time with. She also demonstrated lovely manners around food, showing no signs of resource guarding. She happily accepted treats alongside a small dog without any concern. If your home already includes canine companions, Candy is ready to fit right in. She has done well with both small and large dogs. She has not yet been tested with cats. Candy's gentle nature, relaxed personality, and loving heart make her an ideal companion for someone looking for a faithful friend to share quiet evenings, leisurely walks, and plenty of cuddles. He has shown himself to be great with dogs of all sizes and is especially gentle and respectful with small dogs. During assessments, he showed no signs of resource guarding, happily sharing space and toys without concern. Dan recently retired from racing after a back muscle injury. He also has a previous hock injury, but he has recovered well and is doing just fine. Now he's ready to leave the racetrack behind and enjoy the comfort of a loving home where he can be spoiled the way he deserves.
