Story
Ask for an application at homelesstoforever@gmail.com or apply via our website at www.homelesstoforever.com The recue of this very bonded sister-brother pair of pups is the epitome of what we believe rescue is about. Minnie and her brother Cosmo were rescued from an industrial area in the Riverside area, where they were obviously dumped. Both dogs are super cute, naturally thin, with long, skinny legs. They are truly loveable and very sweet dogs. They are not aggressive in any way and they get along with other same-sized dogs and with cats. They are small breed dogs. Minnie is a diminutive, deep chocolate Miniature Pinscher, while Cosmo is a brown and blond Terrier Mix. Yet, the resemblance between the two in their other features is sweet to see. Minnie and Cosmo love affection and were obviously not well treated, perhaps abused. They are rough around the edges in that they need to learn to walk on the leash better and they just want to give you sloppy kisses. They love being affectionate and giving smooches, and they crave affection. Minnie and Cosmo are being fostered by the CEO of HTFF and she reports that the pair does not have separation anxiety. They are puppies and are still chewing. They love chew toys and soft toys. They love to be with people and are just all around sweet dogs. These little love bugs will enjoy a gentle and loving home. They've had a rough start to life. Who's ready to turn their lives around and give them the most loving Forever Home? Both pups are fixed, chipped, dewormed, have flea prevention, and up to date on their vaccinations. Adoption donation: $700. (for the pair, not each) Do you know how much it cost for us to rescue one dog? Over $500 on average, PER DOG, after we have done medical care, foster care expenses, and acute needs. This is for a healthy dog. Puppies are more expensive to care for as well as seniors, weak or ill or injured dogs. Your adoption donation is tax deductible and helps us to do the work that everyone wants us to do, but that everyone wants to complain about when we ask for a donation. Email homeslesstoforever@gmail.com for an application or submit at our website www.homelesstoforever.com ****Meet and greets are invited once applications are received and a phone/virtual interview completed. We do not have adoption events. No out of state applications and, again, applications required prior to meet and greets. All of our animals are fixed, chipped, and up to date on vaccinations. Some puppies/kittens may have scheduled appointments for spay/neuter. Please check out our website for a link to all of our animals and LIKE our Facebook page for news, events, and new animals. www.homelesstoforever.org and www.Facebook.com/HomelessToForeverFoundation

Story
Leia is a one year old Great Dane/English Mastiff mix. She is a high energy dog that is in need of a new home. Due to the owners financial situation, Leia is not spayed. Owner has no plans to breed and is hoping that any future owners will also have no plans to breed Leia. Leia is kennel trained and potty trained, her manners in the house could use some work due to her high energy. She is good on walks, but does get excited when other dogs walk by. She has a few behavioral problems all of which stems from her high energy and definitely needs some one who has had Great Danes before. Leia is a good dog and deserves a loving home.

Story
Hi, I'm Coco! I came to the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society over a year ago, and since have made countless friends. My family here would describe me as fun loving, and sweet. Some of my favorite things to do are to hang out with my human friends, and going on walks. Recently, I've even been meeting some of the other dogs that live here with me and I'm doing really well with it. My ideal family would be one with lots of people, with a big yard, that love to run and play and go on hikes. If you're interested in meeting me, call the shelter and ask for Coco!
