Story
SUKI is a three year-old female malamute 90 pounds. She is full of love, gentle and kind and very loyal. She’s calm in the house and potty trained. She’s also very playful and fun and loves to go on walks and car rides. She loves being around other animals she’s more submissive. She’s the best dog I’ve ever owned unfortunately, due to my life changes I no longer have the time to take care of her the way she deserves. I’m also needing to move into a smaller apartment which Saldly she cannot go with me. I’m hoping I could find her forever home with someone that will love and take care of her. Suki is a goofball she has quite the personality It takes some time for her to warm up to someone new, but after some patience, she will be your best friend. She loves belly rubs and she likes to learn new tricks ! Suki is a larger dog and she’s very strong. She needs some leash training and some recall training. Other then that she’s amazing

Story
Odo was found abandoned in NM, he has been with our family for a little under 2 years. He is protective and once comfortable very sweet. Our family lives a hectic lifestyle and due to his background we believe would be happier in a more stable home. He hasn't been around kids but seems to have reactivity to other pets and kids. He does resource guard, as well.

Story
Smokey is an incredibly caring dog, and has bonded to me quite quickly and loves playing tug-o-war and afternoon walks. He loves siting at the edge of the couch and having his head scratched, and tearing into a new toy. Though he craves human affection, he has shown that he growls at new men, and has protection issues from Other dogs around toys. The ideal home for Smokey would be a household with no other dogs, and familiar visitors only. He listens well around the house, is good with commands, and is very treat oriented. He also poops exclusively on bushes, and quite literally gives hugs in an effort for affection. I can keep Smokey homed until his forever owner comes along and am happy to take him back if for what ever reason he doesn’t work out for you.

Story
Navy is a very sweet girl who loves to play and be around people. She’s 2 years old. Sadly a messy divorce and having to move is the reason for having to rehome her. She would do great with an area to run around, but she loves being in the house too. She used to sleeping inside. Gets along well with other dogs and likes cats too. All vaccines are up to date, with documentation to show. Please consider Navy - you won’t be disappointed! I’m asking $50 to rehome - but totally negotiable.

Story
Riley is a 6yr old terrier mix who's an energetic dog ready to be your buddy! He is all about that active life and is looking for humans to go on adventures with. Riley has been working with an experienced trainer who has shared his calm methods to help him be the best pup companion he can be. Riley's a whiz at his training, he loves to please his people and is a dream on walks, happiest when he's exploring the outdoors with his fav humans. Riley's happiest when he's with his people, can live with adults and older kids, does best with dogs his size or larger and would be a great companion for someone who loves to stay active. His house manners are impeccable, he loves a good squeaky toy and will never turn down a game of fetch. Riley is a sweet, bouncy boy who would love to join you in getting those steps in, enjoys a good bike ride and would love to continue working on his training with you. If you're looking for a dog full of love, big leans and is all about adventure, Riley and his big smile can't wait to meet you! Please contact Melissa@jamesonhumane.org to inquire about Riley ❤️

Story
Scotty and Sully:These bonded brothers from another mother are a delight! Friendly, well-behaved and very loving, Scotty and Sully are looking for their forever home. They are great on the leash, and LOVE their walks, sleep through the night on their blankets and are house trained. Very affectionate, Scotty and Sully follow their person around the house and are also great when left alone. Barking only in response to a knock on the door, or curiosity (mostly Sully!) they love each other and humans, quickly making new friends. They cuddle up on the couch after breakfast each morning, and love car rides to see the wide world around them. They are terrific passengers! They have great appetites, love treats (especially turkey and chicken), and are perfect gentlemen.Sully dotes on his older brother, kissing and snuggling up with affection. He loves to chase flies, and only occasionally barks at squirrels, birds and other dogs he comes across in the backyard or on walks. Jumping for joy for walks, Sully is happy on the leash and a very good walker. A lover like his brother, Sully is happy taking in the sun or curling up next to you for a morning snooze or afternoon nap. He loves mealtime (snack time, too!) and very patiently waits until the doggie dinner bell rings! Scotty and Sully are bonded and would need to be adopted together. We feel they would do best in an adult only home without children. They would want to be the only companions in your home without any other dogs or cats. Want to learn more about these sweethearts?
