Story
Meet Suki, a loving 4-year-old Husky with a gentle spirit and a loving heart. Suki has a fun, outgoing personality and enjoys joining you for walks, runs, and hikes, but she is just as happy relaxing indoors. She’s known to be a true couch potato when given the chance and loves quietly hanging out around the house. Snuggling is her favorite activity, and she will happily curl up with you any time of day. She is house trained, spayed, and current on vaccinations. Suki does well with people, kids, and other dogs. While she has a natural instinct to chase cats, she has lived with a cat briefly and was able to adjust over time. She is comfortable being left alone for longer periods and typically naps while waiting for her people to return. She is not very vocal and doesn’t often bark. Suki is looking for a home with a more present owner who can give her the companionship and affection her current family feels she deserves.

Story
We rescued Dug from a family who had puppies, he was 13 weeks old. Since his rescue we have had him vaccinated, dewormed, neutured and microchipped. He's gotten aquainted with other dogs but now is nervous around them. He enjoys playing hide and seek, catch and getting bathed. He knows the following comands; sit, paw, down or lay down, wait, come, no, stay. During his walks he bites down on the leash and seems to always be on alert. Dug loves water and enjoys showers and being groomed. He has a very childlike demeanor, and enjoys chew toys, playing catch and running around. Dug has a hard time respecting boundaries or understands that he’s a big guy. If you’re looking to adopt Dug, he can use anxiety training, or be adopted by a family who can work with him on his personality traits.

Story
Sammie has a sweet playful personality. she loves stuffed animals, she will not destroy them just lick them. Sammie would be great in a home with a retired person or someone who works from home. she always had an adult at home with her. she has not really been around children, but she is so sweet and loving I think she would be good with children. Sammie was adopted weeks prior to my ex husband getting very sick. she did not receive the same training as her sisters did. She was not walked a lot because of her dad being sick. She became very reactive toward other dogs. however she does really well at her dog sitter's house, has never had an issue with any dog there. she is a love bug, loves to cuddle and will sit with you all day and night. she has always been sleeping in same bed as her mom and dad. My ex husband has gotten very sick and can no longer care for them. I work 12-15 hour days and live in an apartment. It’s not fair that they have to be alone that many hours.

Story
Maddie is as sweet as can be. she is 9 years old, she was diagnosed with Glaucoma and has been blind since she was 5. seeing her get around you hardly would know it. she gets around very well. Maddie is so loving, gentle and playful. Maddie just like to be close to her people. she will follow you around and hope for a cuddle. since she became blind she prefers to be on the floor, but she will sit in a sofa with you and cuddle. she loves to give kisses. Maddie would do well in any home. but because she is blind it would probably be best to not be with small children who leaves toys around for her to bump into. Maddie had a lot of training as a puppy, but since she lost her sight she really only hear basic commands now. Maddie does need to be in a home that does not have too much clutter. she needs to be able to find her way around. My ex husband has gotten very sick and can no longer care for them. I work 12-15 hr days.It is not fair to them to be home alone for that long.

Story
Rocky is a family dog. Pure bred Blue Heeler. He is epileptic and has a lot of seizures. We can’t take care of him with our bush schedules. We all work and our children are now in college. He needs round the clock care. We give him seizure medication but it doesn’t seem to be helping him anymore. If he weren’t sick, we would not be rehoming him. We are out of options and can no longer take care care of him.
