Story
Please contact Lucinda (lucinda@northbaycanine.org) for more information about this pet.North bay Canine Rescue and Placement  707-776-6855 or write: lucindalnf@gmail.com Cooper is a 3.5 year old (as of 12/2020), male, Australian Cattle dog/Pit bull mix.  He is loves people and wants to please. He has a lot of energy and a high prey drive.  He is selective about the dogs he lives with so we recommend him to be an only dog and no dog parks.  He's medium in size, but extremely strong in muscle, hence could knock a child or frail person off balance with his exuberance &  enthusiasm.  To fill out our adoption application please go here: http://northbaycanine.org/adopting-from-north-bay/ Call: 707-776-6855 or write: lucindalnf@gmail.comSeptember 29, 2023, 1:35 am

Story
This animal is available at: Sonoma County Animal Services (707) 565-7100 PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT NORTH BAY Princess A410734  Located At: Sonoma County Animal Services Description: I am a spayed female, tan and brown German Shepherd Dog mix. Age: I am estimated to be about 1 year and 1 month old.  Weight: I weigh approximately . 61 pounds More Info: I have been at the shelter since Mar 27, 2022.  Princess has free, sponsored post-adoption training sessions - please call us for more information. Look at that face! Princess is a young girl looking for love. She enjoys going for walks and learning new cues for treats. She is wonderfully affectionate and we love her puppy-like playful nature. While here with us, Princess was introduced to another dog and she seemed more interested in the person at the other end of the leash than her canine friend. We feel Princess will need long and slow introductions with other dogs that ensure it's a good match for both dogs. We feel an adult only home without children, with a family who has experience with dogs, would be best for her.  For more information about this animal, call:Sonoma County Animal Services at (707) 565-71001247 Century Court, Santa Rosa Tuesday - Saturday12:00 - 5:00 p.m.Adoptions are processed until 4:30 p.m.September 29, 2023, 1:35 am

Story
This animal is available at: Sonoma County Animal Services (707) 565-7100 PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT NORTH BAY *WHITNEY - ID#A414524   I am a spayed female, gray and white Siberian husky.   I am estimated to be about 3 years old.   I weigh approximately 47 pounds.   I have been at the shelter since 12/24/2022.   Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:   Whitney is a very sweet girl who'll fill your life with adorably cute Husky fun! She'll bring smiles to your heart and joy into your days and nights. She's gorgeous and all about the Husky nature. She loves playing and having fun and taking long naps too. While here with us, Whitney was introduced to a few dogs. She would react in a very pushy manner, and offend the other dog. Because of this, Whitney should be the only animal in the household. We feel a home with children ages 10 and older (with introduction) might be best for her due to her energy level  For more information about this animal, call:Sonoma County Animal Services at (707) 565-71001247 Century Court, Santa Rosa Tuesday - Saturday12:00 - 5:00 p.m.Adoptions are processed until 4:30 p.m.September 29, 2023, 1:35 am

ADOPTION FEE HAS BEEN SPONSORED*   Located At: Sonoma County Animal Services   Description: I am a neutered male, tan and black Anatolian Shepherd mix.   Age: I am estimated to be about 2 years and 4 months old.   Weight: I weigh approximately 102 pounds.   More Info: I have been at the shelter since Apr 15, 2023.   Meet Big Mac! He arrived to us as a stray and was very overwhelmed. Staff worked and continues to work with Big Mac to teach him the world is not such a scary place. He's a true gentle giant but will need continued socialization, a quiet home, and ample time to adjust to his new place. He is very true to his breed and has shown this to us. He does like other dogs but has also shown that when too much is going on around him he has a hard time handling it. Big Mac will need a breed experienced adult only home.  For more information about this animal, call:Sonoma County Animal Services at (707) 565-71001247 Century Court, Santa Rosa Tuesday - Saturday12:00 - 5:00 p.m.Adoptions are processed until 4:30 p.m.September 29, 2023, 1:35 am
