Story
Monte is 10 years old who needs a new home. He is a very loving, loyal and still very active for his age. As hard as it is …. Unfortunately due to some circumstances at my apartment we can no longer keep him. Monte is up to date on shots. As of now Monte is at my patents home and needs to find a new home soon. They can only tend to him so much as they are seniors(Monte is still active and pretty strong). Hopefully someone out there can care for him. Monte just has his last physical in February. Fecal and urine checked out. He did have an ear infection which is now better. Updated as of: June 2025

Story
My name is Apollo and I live in Pinole, CA. I am a 6 year old male husky/pit bull with blue eyes. I’m a big boy and weigh 79lbs. My current owner is great and I know she loves me very much but she is getting older and going to move to a senior home which does not allow dogs. I’m an outdoor dog and love my space. I spend my days outside and nearing 8pm I usually go to the garage which is my bedroom. I love sleeping in my crate because I like the feel of something over my head. I’m not big on blankets and rugs in my space. My owner has a lamp in the garage so it’s not dark. I sleep better with the lamp on. I’m not aggressive and love to be around other dogs, big or small. I will say, I’m not fond of cats. The good thing is I am all caught up on my vaccinations and yes, I have been neutered. I also have a chip just in case I get lost. I love to go on walks and rides in the car. I am looking for an owner that will take good care of me and welcome me with open arms.

Story
Wally A wonderful neutered, 11-month old male puppy. Wally is such a wonderful dog! He is very sweet, gentle when taking treats. He loves to take walks (still needs some help with leash manners)! He is crate trained and potty-trained. He sometimes will potty when meeting someone new or when he is very excited! He likes to eat twice a day. He loves to play with toys and chase balls. He still is exhibiting puppy behavior, so having a puppy-proofed space is helpful, since chewing is still going on! He would be great for a family with no children and an only dog. He has no medical issues and has been with one family since he was found and fostered. He is a wonderful addition to be part of an active family, who loves to include their dog!

Story
-I was a stray in Fresno and adopted at ~1yr old. I am now ~2 years old -They call me smart, goofy, affectionate, curious, high energy (working-dog breed) & speckled like a giraffe! -I love to lounge in the sun & can be a big cuddle bug in the evenings -I LOVE playing with other dogs -I am good with kids but can be jumpy and a bit mouthy. This will pass with age -I have a high prey drive (cats, squirrels, birds) -My favorite place is a 17acre off leash dog area where I am content, confident, and playful -I must confess though, I am pretty sensitive to city life triggers such as electric scooters, motorcycles, skateboards, rollerblades. I have been reactive with motorcycle helmets, luggage being pulled, folks using canes/walkers, skateboard sounds and people catching me off guard Ideal home: with someone who is experienced with high energy, sensitive, & situationally reactive dogs, has a large open space with a dog or two, no young children, in a rural and pretty quiet environment

Story
We acquired our pet Bruno, about 2 months ago. We acquired him when he was about 3 months old. He so happened to be outside our house under one of our vehicles. We thought at first he may belong to someone but we tried for very long to reconnect him with anyone who would have lost him. We went through every step to have him return to wherever he came from. But nobody stepped up to claim him so we have been fostering him for close to 2 months now. He is very sweet and friendly. He is receptive with people within our house and gets along with other dogs. He has gotten all of his shots and is safe.He is scared approaching new people at first but he gets along over time with new people. We want to put him in a home where he is looked after and always kept busy. He is a very loyal and smart dog and deserves a home where he will receive plenty of love and care. He is the perfect family dog and very easy to train because of his obedience. He is very sweet and we want the very best for him.
