(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Needs special attention, Needs experienced adopter, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
I adopted Alfie five years ago in October while I was living in Jerusalem, he's ~6 years old and the biggest love bug out there. Alfie naps on his bed most of the day but needs at least 40 minutes of walks a day and does best when he can get outside for a hike or run a couple of times a week. Alfie does well with *most* dogs but is sometimes reactive towards other large dogs, particularly huskies/german shepherds. Alfie will do best as the only pet in the home, with 1-2 main caregivers. Alfie needs some management in the house for resource guarding, which I would want/be happy to talk about at length with anyone interested. Management of his behaviors entails keeping him off of beds/furniture, out of the kitchen while food is being prepared/eaten, and help greeting visitors by minimizing stress. I can no longer offer Alfie the stability and structure he needs, but with it he is truly the sweetest companion you could ask for. Let's chat more about finding a home for my sweet boy :)

Story
We have been fostering Zydeco for Norsled Husky rescue organization. He is in need of adoption or a new foster home. He is 1 and 1/2 years old and about 50-55lbs. Handsome, energetic, house and crate trained, and likes people. He is walking well on leash most of the time. He still needs some training. Best would be a home with another dog to play hard with him in a secure yard.

Bear is very nurturing hangs out with a 10 year old and his brother and he good with that particular 10 year old because he's known him for quite some time . recommend someone who has experience with Strong dog training skills. very energetic and very lively dog who loves the beach loves to play in the ocean he's has was the litter of 12 three nurses got adopted and fostered these pups and I'm a nurse assistant and I don't have a yard so I'm kind of torn between the situation not equipped to keep him.

Story
I adopted Skip in 2017 when he was 2 years old. At that time, he was a severely traumatized dog and since then, he has grown into the sweetest family dog. He still has memory of the trauma he experienced so it takes him a bit to warm up to new people. He is bonded to Cowboy, who I am also rehoming. It is not an easy decision to rehome Skip and Cowboy. They are a part of my family. Sadly, I’ve gone through a divorce, I have 2 toddlers, and I work 10 hour days. I don’t feel like I can give Skip and Cowboy the attention they deserve. I am hoping to find a home for Skip and Cowboy that is loving and safe and where they can get more attention and love than I can give.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
This is Echo! She is about a 1 year old Pittie/Lab mix. Echo was surrendered by her owner due to not having a big enough space for her. She is currently being fostered by Oakland Pet Care. Echo is very friendly and affectionate with people and dogs. That being said she is very strong and when she sees other dogs on leash she does bark and pull which can be scary to some. This is something she has gotten better with over time and something we have been working on in training. Other than that she's the perfect pup! She is very energetic so she would be best with someone who has a yard and maybe even another dog. While being fostered she has been in a training program so whoever adopts her will have a trained dog!

Story
I'm Xavier! Once I get to know you and understand that you are part of my crew, I will adore you. I love to stand on my back two legs for hugs and nuzzles. I'm 5 years old and weigh 27 pounds. I was rescued about 3.5 years ago and during that time I've become very accustomed to sleeping in a crate, being a very good boy on a leash, and rocking car rides. According to my DNA results, I'm 100% rat terrier, though I'm leggier than most. I'm smart, sweet, and sensitive. My family has been going through some big changes that have not been great for me. I don't know which has been harder: the move from a quiet home with a fenced yard to a condo in an urban locale or my dad moving away. I admit I've been acting out a bit: I find myself overreacting to other dogs and sometimes I'm unsure about people, too. The thing is: I like being well behaved and I am a total lovebug! I need a calm, consistent companion who will work with my socialization skills. I learn quickly for treats and cuddles!
