Story
Sadie is an 11-year-old yellow lab who has been with us since she was a puppy in Lexington, KY. She’s still full of life — just has a little wear on her legs these days — and is as sweet, gentle, and loving as they come. She is great with kids and other dogs, fully house and crate trained, and loves simple things like dog beds, treats, and long naps close to her people. She thrives on companionship and would do best in a home where someone is around during the day or with another dog to keep her company. As she’s gotten older, we know she would be happiest in a home with minimal stairs and a main-floor lifestyle. This has been an incredibly difficult decision for us, and we are committed to finding her a home where she will be just as loved in this next chapter.

Story
Niabi may be a little shy at first, but give her a day, a few tasty treats, and a little patience—and you’ll discover the sweetest velcro girl you could ask for. Once she bonds, she’s all yours, happily sticking by your side through every part of the day. She tends to connect more quickly with women, while men may need to give her a bit of extra time to earn her trust. But once she feels safe, her true personality shines—happy, playful, and full of life! Niabi LOVES to play, and stuffed toys don’t stand a chance in her world—she’ll happily shred them like it’s her full-time job. She’s also got the cutest excitement hops, jumping up in the air when it’s time to eat or go potty. It’s impossible not to smile watching her celebrate the little things. She does great with other dogs and even cats, making her a wonderful addition to a multi-pet home. And when she chooses her person, she loves deeply—staying close, soaking up affection, and giving it right back. Niabi is looking for a patient, understanding home that will let her warm up at her own pace—and in return, she’ll give you a loyal, joyful best friend for life Local adoption fee is $200(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Say hello to Bailey, the lovable labrador with an insatiable appetite for both food and fun! This handsome fellow knows how to work his charm and is highly food motivated. He's mastered the "sit" command and walks like a pro on a leash. Bailey is also crate trained and has excellent potty manners. While he gets along famously with other dogs, Bailey prefers to have his dining experiences in solitude. To ensure a peaceful mealtime, his foster parent feeds him in his cozy crate. Bailey is a big guy with a medium energy level, striking the perfect balance between playfulness and relaxation. As he continues to grow and explore, he's still learning the boundaries when it comes to chewing on things. Providing him with an array of toys and ensuring items are safely picked up will help keep his chewing tendencies in check. With Bailey, you'll have a loyal companion who's always up for a good time, whether it's a game of fetch, a leisurely walk, or simply enjoying some quality cuddle time. If you're ready to welcome a loving and playful labrador into your home, Bailey is eagerly awaiting his forever family. Get ready to create lasting memories with this food-loving, leash-walking, crate-trained canine companion! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
Who hasn't heard the line in the song sung so eloquently by ARETHA Franklin and ANNIE Lennox, "Sisters are doin' it for themselves"??? We are sisters and both found so scared and skinny in the RV park next door to the rescue! I mean, if you are going to get lost or dumped, right next to the rescue is probably an ideal place to happen :( But, we made the people RESCUE US :) We were literally doin' it for ourselves.... So we have been with the rescue for several weeks and we have become a couple of goofy and sweet pups. We love to PLAY and run and really enjoy having friends to play with and food to eat EVERY.DAY!! It is scary when you don't know where your next meal is going to come from, but no more! We are living the HIGH LIFE!! Now a little about us as individuals- Akira is a sassy Husky who talks back and is pretty vocal :). She's a playful girl, good with all dogs she's met & loves people. Sasha is calmer & quieter than her sister. She also loves playing & is good with dogs. She's a little more shy than Akira is but once she's comfortable she's good. Both girls are good on leash & in crate. So you know about us and you can see our amazing pictures, who are YOU going to adopt?? HURRY!!! Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Story
The votes are IN and we ARE the WINNERS!! Found at the side of a country road (very common dumping ground, next to the railroad tracks), and saved by a wonderful "foster" and her husband and son and other doggy friends :) We started living like REAL loved puppies the day she saved us!! We are learning potty training and are crate trained experts!! We are leash training as well, but you have to understand.... we were never loved, never lived IN a home and NEVER had ANYONE CARE!!! So, potty trained or not, we are over the moon (and so is our foster mom). But now it is time to find our furever homes! We love and play very well together and would be ideal as a pair, but do NOT have to be adopted together. We need another calm and confident dog to keep us happy/played with and to teach us all we need to know about being loved pups :) We are gorgeous pups and our coats will accent your hair :) ADOPT...DON'T SHOP!!! Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)
