He is a great dog and we are in a situation that we can not keep him as we are having to stay with family until we find a place and he doesn’t do well with cats and they have cats so we have no choice but to rehome him. It is not his fault and he deserves a loving home with a place to play! I never thought I’d find myself in a situation like this and having to find my own dog a home but here we are and it sucks! Please help!

SNOWBIRD is our new Chia Pet! We're waiting for her hair to grow back to see what she really looks like! Snowbird is a delightful girl with the most charming, outgoing personality. Sadly she was so infested with fleas that she suffered significant hair loss. The fleas are gone, she's had proper vet care and good nutrition. Her skin is healed up and now she has peach fuzz growing in. So far she appears to be a white dog with tan spots. Our best guess on breed is a labrador retriever/Australian cattle dog type mix. Snowbird is 1 year old and fully grown at 36 pounds. We can't say enough good things about Snowbird, she charms everyone she meets. If you need a daily dose of sunshine in your life, Snowbird can help. If you'd like to meet Snowbird, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Snowbird at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate. JONES is an extra handsome beagle boy in need of a home. He is everything a beagle should be -- handsome, food motivated, playful, food motivated, friendly, food motivated, good with other dogs, food motivated. Well, you get the picture. He's about 3 years old and fully grown at 27 pounds. Unfortunately Jones was bitten by the wrong mosquito and has tested heartworm positive. Fortunately he's young and treatable. He's already begun his treatment journey. He needs to go to a home in the greater Cincinnati area to complete his treatment. The rescue will cover the cost of his treatment. Jones needs a home with a physically-fenced yard and would be so happy to have another playful dog sibling.
