Story
He is a great dog and we are in a situation that we can not keep him as we are having to stay with family until we find a place and he doesn’t do well with cats and they have cats so we have no choice but to rehome him. It is not his fault and he deserves a loving home with a place to play! I never thought I’d find myself in a situation like this and having to find my own dog a home but here we are and it sucks! Please help!

Story
SNOWBIRD is our new Chia Pet! We're waiting for her hair to grow back to see what she really looks like! Snowbird is a delightful girl with the most charming, outgoing personality. Sadly she was so infested with fleas that she suffered significant hair loss. The fleas are gone, she's had proper vet care and good nutrition. Her skin is healed up and now she has peach fuzz growing in. So far she appears to be a white dog with tan spots. Our best guess on breed is a labrador retriever/Australian cattle dog type mix. Snowbird is 1 year old and fully grown at 36 pounds. We can't say enough good things about Snowbird, she charms everyone she meets. If you need a daily dose of sunshine in your life, Snowbird can help. If you'd like to meet Snowbird, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Snowbird at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate. Our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 31, 2025, 10:43 pm

Story
ADOPTION FEE SPONSORED! MOJO may only have three legs but he will run away with your heart before you realize he's stolen it. Tripod Mojo is an absolute love. Gentle and kind, he's good with dogs, cats and people of all ages. He loves his toys and chewies and has a sweet smile that lights up a room.  Mojo is a bully breed type mixed breed boy, 7 years old and 45 pounds. His right rear leg was amputated when he was a young dog, he can navigate life with few limitations. Mojo can't handle flights of stairs but is perfectly fine in a home with a step or two. He is good with other low-key companionable dogs but is not suited to a home with rowdy hard-playing dogs. As an amputee, maintaining a healthy body weight is key to Mojo's long term health. He's housebroken and crate trained. If you'd like to meet Mojo, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter.  All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. Story
MERRY (female, 28 lbs), TINSEL (female, 28 lbs) and KRINGLE (male, 30 lbs) are looking for new homes! They are young siblings, probably 10-12 months old and fully grown. They are fun and affectionate. They love to play and love to meet new people. Merry and Tinsel are more energetic, Kringle is a bit more laid back. These three cuties have never known life as an only dog and are best suited to homes with another friendly dog. They each need a little work on their manners but they will do ANYTHING for a treat, so they should be fun to train. Their breed mix is anyone's best guess, they are Heinz 57 varieties-type mixed breed pups. We'll guess some beagle, some lab and probably 10 other breeds. Merry, TInsel and Kringle are best suited to homes with physically-fenced yards. If you'd like to meet one of these cuties, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet them at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate. Story
JONES is a fun-loving extra handsome beagle boy in need of a home. He is everything a beagle should be -- handsome, food motivated, playful, food motivated, friendly, food motivated, good with other dogs, food motivated. Well, you get the picture, he's a typical silly little beagle. He's about 3 years old and fully grown at 27 pounds. He's good with other dogs, loves his toys and craves attention. Jones is housebroken and crate trained. He needs a home with a physically fenced yard so he can run and romp but can't follow his beagle nose into trouble. He would love to have a fur sibling who matches his silliness. If you'd like to meet Jones, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Jones at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate.
