Story
Scout is a nine years old and 40lb. She is very smart, healthy, and loyal dog in need of a new home. She enjoys being around people and is very affectionate. However, Scout becomes anxious around our toddler who plays roughly, leading to a need for her to be kept separate. This situation is not ideal for her, as she loves companionship. We are seeking a new home for Scout, preferably with older children or adults who can interact with her gently. Scout is a wonderful companion for those looking for a dog that thrives on being part of the family. She will also do well with those with an active lifestyle.

Story
Ella is the most loving and adorable dog ever. She loves to be loved and loves absolutely everything and everyone. Unfortunately, I need to her because my work schedule doesn’t allow me to give her the time and attention that she deserves. She is gentle, sweet, playful, follows directions, is house trained, and vaccinations are up to date.

Story
I originally got her from a friend who was moving. But because of my schedule I can’t give her all attention she deserves. She’s only 2 and is extremely well behaved she’s is very good with kids. She is really shy at first but she will warm up to you! She would do best with an older couple or a family with older kids because of her shy ness. She just want to be in your lap 24/7.

Story
Rilan comes from an unknown situation but one thing we do know. He was mistreated and not cared for. He was given up by a friend of the owner and he was very skinny, He had severe and deep ear dirt and infection for a lengthy time and was clearly fed the cheapest food made. He had never been vetted or groomed. His claws curled around his paws and were so close to the pads on his paws. Luckily he fell into our care and he is the SWEETEST baby. He's well behaved, he doesn't know from toys, he's a blank slate. He's never had a yard to play in, not familiar with leashes so hasn't been walked much. But he is very loving, loves to be held. Great companion doggie. He has been groomed by our wonderful groomer, he's being vetted now and fixed, also a dental as he's never had any care for his entire life. We can't understand how anyone would not care for such a sweet, loving pup who only wants to be close to a human and kissed on. Sad state of affairs people who are such tyrants can be towards a innocent pup. He's a red chestnut color, very pretty. We are looking for a foster or a adopter in a non smoking home, in a home where someone is working from home or has a opposite schedule from the person/people they live with. He really loves to be with someone all the time. Someone with a fenced backyard. We will not consider a apartment or a mobile park for him. Because he is so needy, we want him in a home with mature adults, older kids that are at least older teens. He will benefit from being the center of attention. He's fine with other calm dogs and with cats. Just a lovely boy who is in need of a loving, caring home. Story
Nyla is in a horribly, bad situation. She was raised in her family, with children and has been happy all along. Her owner had to move into an apartment which is a tough place for any dog, yet alone a big dog to live in. Nala is great with people, kids, big dogs, she has never been around cats that we know of. She isn't great around small dogs. Big dogs she's great with. She's been a only dog in her home all these years but she plays nice with big dogs. She is used to have a house, a yard and the freedom to be a dog in charge of her home, now in a situation where he's in an apartment where neighbors are complaining about her size in an apartment. Management has told her parent that they do not want large dogs in their complex even though she is wonderful with people and loves kids. She's about to turn eight and for her to lose her family NOW, is heartbreaking. So, we are looking for a home for her in a house on some property like she's used to, kids are great with her. A yard or larger like she's used to. She is a very happy, friendly doggie and the family is just beside themselves to have to give her up but their present living situation doesn't allow for her to stay as the family can't keep her in the home they are presently in. For more information on Nyla call or text me at 517 294 4514 or email me your phone number to marlas2468@yahoo.com

Story
Breed: Aussie/Setter Mix Sex: Male Age: Approx. 6 Months Weight: 40 lbs Location: OH Good with other dogs: Yes, medium to large dogs Good with Cats: No Good with Kids: Over 12 years of age required Crate trained: Yes, but doesn’t love it Housebroken: Yes Health: Good Who said black dogs can’t take a good photo? This is Vader, and true to his name, he has a lot of character. Vader is approximately six months old and going through a rowdy teenage phase. Vader has had the luxury of multiple doggie friends in his foster home to play with and would benefit from being adopted into a multi-dog household. He does have a high prey drive, so cats and smaller dogs (under 25lbs) are not a good fit. Due to his unknown background with socialization as a puppy, we feel he benefits from having another dog to learn the ropes from. Vader loves to talk and make sure his family knows all of his thoughts and feelings. He would not be a good candidate for an apartment or townhouse because of this – we are sure your neighbors will love him more without his feelings being shared through a communal wall. Vader is still navigating puppyhood and will require a family dedicated to his training and helping him become the best doggie citizen. He has strong shepherd-like instincts and behaviors so we feel his best fit would be a family with previous shepherd experience. We don’t expect training to be difficult as he is a quick learner - This young dude can learn a new trick in less than a day! The ideal family will be patient and have a good understanding of dog behavior. Vader is going through a teenage phase right now and needs an owner that understands how to read his cues and work through his stubbornness. If you’re looking for a new family member to enjoy all of your adventures with, apply for Vader!
