Meet Ariel...she is a spayed 5-year-old terrier mix in need of a new home. She was adopted almost a year ago and was found outside wandering. Her adopter never came back to pick her up. She is a pretty girl and a little shy at first. She is very happy to receive back scratches. She knows sit. If you have other dogs, we recommend doing a meet and greet before adopting. If you would like to inquire about her please visit the Taylor Animal Shelter. We are open Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. We do close from 11:30 to 12:30 for lunch. They share toys and when they are tired, they curl up together. He could use some training to learn a few doggy manners, but he has a heart full of love and only wants to please. This dog is sheltered in a foster based, nonprofit rescue. Journey has been at the rescue for close to 3 years! Despite his lengthy stay he has continued to be incredibly sweet and affectionate. He is not only friendly towards humans, but also plays well with other dogs, making him an ideal companion for a multi-dog household. He is playful - loves toys. Journey also enjoys meeting new people, always hoping that one of the new humans will take him home. It is hard to believe that this friendly guy has been in rescue for most of his life. Is it because he isn't as pretty as some other dogs? It certainly isn't because of his behavior.
