At only about 2 feet tall, Rosie is a small, compact Pocket Bully/Pit Bull mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She may look tough on the outside, but once you meet her, you’ll quickly discover what a gentle, affectionate sweetheart she really is. Rosie absolutely loves her people. She loves attention, cuddling, and being included in whatever her humans are doing. She has a calm, loving personality and is the kind of dog who is perfectly happy hanging out by your side. And Rosie is SO good in the house. She is fully house trained, crate trained, and non-destructive when left home alone. She knows how to settle down and relax, making her an incredibly easy companion. She also loves car rides and is always happy to tag along for an adventure. Rosie absolutely loves people and children. She is affectionate, friendly, and happiest when she's around her humans. She has all the qualities of an amazing family dog for the right home. Rosie does need to be the only pet in the home. My husband and I took Frank in 7 years ago when he was in a house with too many dogs and the city forced them to get rid of them. Frank is what we call a gentle giant as my husband did not trust any pit bulls before meeting him. Frank is super sweet and cuddly I would describe him as a couch potato. He did wonderful with our daughter from the time we brought her home as a newborn to her playing with him as a toddler. Unfortunately he is not neutered or up to date on shots. I am ashamed to admit he has deserved so much more than we have offered him. My husband and I both work shift work and are not home for up to 12+ hours at a time and are now adding a second child to our crazy lives. This dog deserves to be in a house that can give him attention way more than we can offer. Posting him breaks my heart so I will be looking for the right people. His birthday is October 1st, 2019. No health issues that I’m aware of other than skin reaction to eating chicken.
