Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  Princess loves who she loves with all her heart.  She would flourish in a home with no other dogs or cats.  It takes some time for her to warm up to you but once she dogs she is basically a Velcro dog, never leaving your side.  She is a medium energy level dog who could use a walk a day but would be fine missing a few here and there as long she could romp in the backyard a little.    She's come a long way from her days of living a life outside or in a trashed out vacant home in the D laying on dirty piles of old clothing in a dark and waterfilled basement.  She was unfortunately neglected for the majority of her younger years so she really needs a patient adopter who can focus all their love on her. Princess loves hugs and belly rubs and enjoys walks on lead.  she's crate trained and continues to be worked with some reactivity when she in in the crate.  But that doesn't keep her from being a loving and sensitive sweetheart.  Princes's birthday is August 2015Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 22, 2024, 7:09 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Adopt-a-bull Bronx is already happy to be with his foster brother Luca and the pair have bonded famously. Luca will help Bronx learn good social skills and we’re confident Bronx can go to a home with another dog and kids 14 and older. He’s a lanky tall boy who likes to run and burn energy.  Bronx’s ideal home would be an active couple, single, or family.  He has lots of energy and is most happy when he gets the chance to burn it off.  He would love to go to a family that would keep up on his training to ensure he continues to be the best boy possible.  He is great at our events and can be around people and dogs without an issue.  He also lives with 2 other dogs and gets along with them well.  His ideal doggie sibling would be a female medium to large female dog.  Of course, who can resist such a strong EAR game! Get those applications in for this guy! He won’t be available for long!  Bronx’s birthday is approximately 12/16/2021.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 22, 2024, 7:09 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. All our Cane lovers come check out adoptable Enzo!  He was found near 8 mile in Detroit while hanging around a job site.  He is an active boy who LOVES to play catch.  He is great at the fetching part, he returns about 75% of the time, but he’s working on it!  We are still learning his personality, but he seems to be a confident boy who knows what he wants.  This fits the breed description and as such will ideally go to a home with Cane or Mastiff experience.  He likes people but barks at new people who come around his space, again, standard for the breed.  He has got along well with a few chill female pups hes met and would probably be good with a relaxed female sister.  No cats for this boy and kids above the age of 13.  If you are looking for a beautiful Cane with a great life ahead of him please apply to meet Enzo today!  His approximate birth date is March 2021.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 22, 2024, 7:09 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Adopt-able Dahlia is a Cane Corso pup from Detroit that we were fortunate enough to rescue.  Dahlia is around 6 months old with a birthdate around 1/30/2022.  she is a happy-go-lucky girl!  She loves her mastiff foster siblings and we think she would do GREAT with a male doggy brother.  She is a full Cane and as such would do best with someone who has mastiff/ Cane experience.  We would not recommend her for a first-time dog owner.  However, she does seem to be VERY well adjusted and would most likely fit into any home.  Please get all applications into Busterdogs.com ASAP!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 22, 2024, 7:09 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Well, Elijah How is now thankfully a member of the Buster Family.  His name comes from how close he was found to Eliza Howell Park. We have dubbed him “Elijah How you wind up where you were all alone and hurt”?  We may never know what happened to him while running loose but it seems like he has nerve damage to his front leg.  Additionally, our boy is heartworm positive as well.  A super common but preventable issue for dogs kept outside in Detroit.  Don’t worry, we will get him all fixed up soon.  Most likely he will end up being a tripod (three legs) pup, but that’s ok.  He still gets around just fine.  He bonds quickly with seems to like other dogs.  We are working on getting him used to men as it seems he can be a little hesitant around them at the moment.  However, it is something we will work on and get him right as rain for his furever home!  His birthdate is around August 2020. Please apply to meet him at Busterdogs.comVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 22, 2024, 7:09 pm
