Story
Moonpie is quite literally the best dog and a man’s best friend. She is just under a year old, she is so sweet, loving, loyal, affectionate, playful, great with small children, great with other animals, including other dogs, she honestly is the perfect dog. Our family motto is that once you get a pet you never let it go and that is your family member, that is why this is such a hard thing for us to do. We have underwent some extreme family hardships recently, and unfortunately, she deserves far greater than what we are able to do right now. Moonpie needs… more like deserves… a large yard, someone who can physically and emotionally give her attention, spoil her with treats, walks and someone who will make sure her life is made the best it can be. She is high energy at times but also so gentle. She listens to commands well. She’s the sweetest girl on earth. We are even willing to take her back if it isn’t the right fit. Story
Weve had Max for about a year. Hes a very good dog. Very happy to get pets and affection. Not super hyper, like to relax and chill, but will play with you on occasion. Very good with children, and my cat. When he sees other dogs on walks he barks in a playful fashion, never aggressive. My son started to have really bad allergy problems, and unfortunately we are unable to keep him any longer. I don’t want to take him back to the shelter, I want him to go to a good home.

Story
Meet Charlie Brown! He is a bully mix with high energy. Very loving and loyal. Charlie is small but mighty, compact and muscular. Loves to learn new tricks. Loves hanging from a tire swing or rope. Can jump very high. Also loves naps and snuggles. Would need someone that can give him regular exercise and training. Charlie can be very protective and territorial. Would do best in a home without other pets or small children.

Story
Chewy is very hyper but well behaved. He knows how to sit, shake, lay down, kennel and couch. He loves bones, fetch and treats. Hes a very loveable dog however we just dont have the room for him in our apartment which is why we're rehoming him because we feel so bad. He wants to run and play fetch. Hes very good at hearding... we only know that because he loves to heard our trouble maker child to her room lol. He hasnt found interest in snuggling yet but hes only 1 year and almost 4 months and hes been around alot of noise and kids. With the right home and time he will be a great dog for the family. Hes very protective of his loved ones and wants to snuggle where he feels comfort.

Story
Hi my name is Zeppelin! I am a one-year-old, 60 pound, male GSD who is neutered and up-to-date on all my shots! I was surrendered to Tacoma-Pierce Humane Society in October of 2025. My new owners adopted me in November of 2025 and I have been loving life ever since! I absolutely love playing fetch with tennis balls and will run around all day. I get along with other dogs in dog parks and in my own home! I currently live with a 3-year-old female GSD and we play around all the time. I give out lots of kisses and want to snuggle/get pets 24/7. I do well in the crate when my owners leave for work during the day, but definitely need to expend that energy once I am let out. Owners Note: Zeppelin has been an absolutely amazing dog for my wife and I ever since we adopted him. Unfortunately he had a small behavior mis-hap which resulted in him biting a maintenance worker in our complex. Our landlord has told us we need to get rid of him ASAP, and his chances at any shelter are grim.

Story
Hello everyone! It is with a heavy heart that my husband and I are having to rehome our dog, Lexi. She has been in the family for 4 years, and we love her dearly. Life changes have led to us being unable to provide Lexi with the attention she deserves. We are looking to find a loving, forever home for our sweet girl, Lexi. She is an affectionate and playful dog who absolutely loves people! 🐶❤️ Lexi would thrive best in a home where she’s the only dog with no cats and there are no babies or very young children. She has lots of energy and loves to play outside with you. Lexi is a wonderful companion- loyal, energetic, and full of personality. She is 6 years old, 80lbs, and has lots of spunk. If you or anyone you know is looking for a sweet, people-loving dog who will be your best friend, please reach out to me! We want her to be as comfortable and happy in her new home, so we will be providing a lot of her things to help with the rehoming process.
