Story
Hi! My name is Carma and I am available for adoption.I was brought in by my previous owner on 2/1/26 because they could no longer care for me. I lived in a home with other cats and dogs.I weigh 75 lbs and am considered a `large breed` dog. I am quite chonky and should be about 10 lbs lighter :)I am a very smart dog! I am potty trained and crate trained. I have a lot of energy and am still learning not to pull on the leash when I`m excited, so I would do well in a home with a yard or someone to take me to the park where I can get my zoomies out regularly. However, I am learning how to heel and walk nicely on a lead very quickly. I love the treats my foster gives me for being a good girl. I also am a good listener and come to my name quickly.I am an affectionate lovebug who would be thrilled to cuddle up with you at home! I love my human and wish to be with them all the time, but I also love to play with toys by myself! If you`re chill, I`m usually chill, but sometimes I just want to play!My caregivers have noticed that I seem to do well with other dogs and lived with cats previously. When meeting pets in a new home, I would do best with a slow introduction, as I can be very excited to meet new friends.I am an adaptable dog who loves to go with the flow! I am outgoing and carefree, and I just can`t wait to find my forever home!Your new pet received a basic physical exam, in addition to routine vaccines, deworming, and topical flea preventative, if indicated. Although your new pet is ready for adoption, there is always a possibility of additional medical conditions that have not been detected or may develop in the future. Current medical conditions are noted below.1) Obese - this dog is obese. Being overweight can lead to many health issues and can damage the heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, joints, etc and increase risk of developing diabetes mellitus. Please follow up with your regular vet on a weight loss regimen.2) Blood in urine/urinary tract infection and crystals in urine - this dog was noted to have blood in her urine. We submitted her urine to the lab for a urinalysis. This showed evidence of a urinary tract infection and some crystals. We have started her on oral antibiotics. We have also started her on a prescription urinary diet, which she may need for life. Bloodwork had no significant abnormalities (no obvioI am currently in a foster home, if you would like to meet me please

Story
Gerty is the goodest girl! I am devastated that we have to get rid of her. I am a newly divorced single mama of three kids and two of them have severe disabilities so my plate is too full to give Gerty what she needs. We've recently entered low income housing and cannot keep her. She needs a good family to live out the rest of her days. She is a beautiful and well behaved dog who needs a place to run! You'd be crazy not to pick her! Just be aware that she is an alpha so she will need an introduction in order to suite compatibility with other pets.

Story
Gracie has two modes as a young pup - play hard, sleep hard. Highly food motivated and always ready to explore, romp around (she has a funny spin/hop move!) and she's FAST. Gracie is a spirited, playful and sweet young pup that steals your heart with soulful brown eyes. She's smart, very inquisitive and alert - she'll make an excellent watchguard to your home and property. Gracie has enjoyed 3x walks per day, plus LOTS more outings to potty after naps and meals. She's played with another dog much bigger than her, and she has no fear - she gives as good as she gets, nothing timid about her! She eats like a champ. Gracie would thrive in a home with experienced owners of large breed puppies; despite her size, she's still a baby and needs lots of patient attention to training and proper behavior reinforcement. She's smart and with proper training and reinforcement, she'll be brilliant! She'll need a yard and 6' fencing to keep her safe. She's pretty good on leash, too,

Story
Birkin is a sweet, affectionate young dog who loves being close to her people. She is incredibly cuddly and happiest when she can spend time with someone throughout the day. She enjoys going out on errands and does well in public spaces. Birkin is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on care. She can be a little anxious at times because she is still young and sensitive, but she has been in training and has made great progress. Once she feels safe, her loving and gentle personality really shines. She is the kind of dog who bonds deeply with her person and loves to curl up next to you. Birkin would do best in a calm, patient home where someone can continue building her confidence and give her lots of love and reassurance. In return, she is incredibly loyal, affectionate, and will make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a cuddly best friend.

Story
Hi! My name is Beau and I am available for adoption!I am a sweet, loyal, excitable American Bulldog mix, weighing around 88 lbs, who wants to get out there in the world and play! I am super treat and toy motivated. I can get excitable when the toys come out, but am quite the gentle giant when it comes to it. Sometimes I can`t make up my mind which toy I want to play with, and try to take multiple with me!I am smart and will happily `sit` and `shake` for treats and toys. I am also super affectionate and enjoy belly rubs and ear scratches. I love my walkies and would enjoy learning how to walk better on a leash so I can go on even more adventures!I am dog friendly! I am a member of RASKC`s playgroup pals and really enjoy playing with dogs that can match my energy! Ask staff if you would like to know which dogs I have met and how I interact with other dogs when you come to meet me. I was nominated for Pet of the Week on October 28, 2025 when I was here at RASKC before. I just love the people there so much that I like to visit them! This means that my adoption fee has been reduced. This adoption fee includes a King County pet license (if applicable). This helps my safe return home should I become lost, and comes with additional benefits such as Vacation Pet Alert, Free Ride Home and more. I also come with a collar and a leash! If you are looking for a smart and affectionate boy to add to you family and are ready to fall in love with my pawesome self. I am currently in a foster home, please fill out a foster interest form if you would like the chance to meet me :)

Story
Hi! My name is Quinn and I am available for adoption!I am a friendly, energetic young man looking for an active family. I love playing with stuffies and will roll over and entertain myself with them. My caregivers say it is pretty cute. :) I love to have an `emotional support stuffie` to chew on hand. It helps me keep my mind busy and chewing helps me calm down.I am very eager to please and walk nicely on leash.I am affectionate and like to lean in for pets. I can, however, be a typical aloof shepherd when first meeting. I can spook easily when meeting new people, so please take things slow when getting to know me and introduce me to the world.I am a member of RASKC`s playgroup pals! Ask staff if you would like to know how I interact with other dogs! When meeting new dogs in a home it is always best practice to do introductions slowly.I am a large breed dog and I weigh about 76 lbs.You can visit me at the Pet Adoption Center on weekdays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.The Pet Adoption Center is located at 21615 64th Ave S, Kent, WA 98032.Come and visit me today, I would love to go home with you!
