Story
Ruger was originally adopted from the Humane Society before I had a child. My child has developed an allergy to pet dander, so we are no longer able to keep him. Ruger is not comfortable around new animals and is aggressive towards them. Before we had to get rid of him we started having him seen by a Trainer to help resolve the aggression which they thought was caused because of anxiety. He is no longer being professionally trained, but he is great with other dogs once he gets used to them being around him. He is a very sweet boy who needs a good home that i can no longer provide

Story
Seeking a home for this sweet adolescent pit bull mix pup. We found him a month ago lost in the snow storm and have had no luck finding his family. He is not microchipped. He loves walks and cuddles. We have trained him to sit and wait and to heel. He has no food aggression and pays no attention to our cat. He is very food motivated and just wants to be where the people are. We are enjoying fostering him but our rental agreement does not allow keeping a large dog.

Story
This sweet, gentle, loving senior needs a forever home!! His human Dad passed away and Charlie has nowhere to go. We can change that only IF you open your heart and home. What we know about Charlie: 10-12 years old 22 pounds (overweight) Walks great on leash Friendly, shy Gets along with dogs (with proper introductions) Chases cats Kids 12+ older Potty training is a work in progress Talker Male / female home Charlie lived most of his life indoors, fed people food, led an inactive/isolated lifestyle and had not seen a vet in many years. Charlie's wellness exam, senior blood panel and urinalysis were positive with no concerns and will need a dental within the year. We would LOVE to change all of this so while he's being temporarily cared for, we have instructed the guardians to begin his weight loss with a healthy diet and incorporate daily gentle walks. Charlie is eating a high quality diet with added senior supplements. The home and lifestyle we are striving for is as follows: - Retired, work from home - Active walkers, quiet lifestyle, adventures outside of the home - Single family residence with secure fenced yard - Rural setting (he is not a city boy) - Another small dog similar in age/energy and activity level - No cats - Experience and breed specific knowledge. - Follows positive force free training guidelines Locations we adopt: Washington State, Oregon, British Columbia Please connect with us via email: hearts4doxies

Story
Oakley is approximately 1 year old. We rescued her from an elderly person in our town. She is NOT getting along with our 2 small Maltese dogs. We recommend a home with NO small animals of any kind. Oakley is up to date on shots, spayed, and has a microchip. She is crate trained and sleeps well there all night, but she prefers to snuggle in bed with you. She is crate trained and spends time in there when we aren't home with minimal fuss. She is bell trained to go outside to go potty. She is fully potty trained. She loves toys and playing tug. Her favorite thing is balls and playing fetch. She sits and waits for treats and food. She definitely needs more leash training as she often thinks it's a game and wants to bite it. Oakley loves to snuggle! She hasn't been exposed to small children, so I recommend a home with no small children. She definitely will need some more training. Oakley has enjoyed playing with other dogs her size but would do best as an only dog.

Story
Cole was adopted in September from a rescue that brought him to WA from OK and is now a year old. He is a medium-large mixed breed about 56 lbs. Up to date on shots and is neutered and housetrained. He's very sweet and playful, with silly quirks. He would be a wonderful family dog and would love a bigger family with another dog to play with. A family who could be with him and take him on adventures. He's very social and good with kids. His favorite things are chewing his bones, snuggling, and the dog park. Cole is the best dog and really would make a family very happy.

Story
My dog name is bear. He is a great dog. We are just very busy and don’t have enough time. He came from one of the best breeders in Utah. He’s completely housebroken and is a good guard dog when need. He is an amazing dog and his pretty mellow, but also has a good amount of energy sometimes. Bear is a really funny goofy dog who has a great personality. We’re looking for a great home that would love him a lot. Overall, he’s amazing Dog. We just don’t have enough time for him.
