Story
Meet Milky   Age: 4 months old (born May 2025) Gender: Female Spayed/Neutered: No Breed: Jindo Mix Color: White & Beige Weight: 10 kg Height: 40 cm (shoulder height, standing) Rescue Story: Saved from euthanasia at a city shelter   Personality   Milky is a sweet, affectionate puppy who loves people — she approaches both familiar and unfamiliar humans to say hello, loves to be petted, and will even roll over to show her belly! She is very comfortable with children under 13 and loves gentle interactions with them.   She enjoys the company of other dogs — whether they are bigger, smaller, or her size — and greets them with a friendly play invitation. She does not react aggressively even when other dogs are more dominant.   Milky follows her foster around the house, enjoys being in sight of her people, and is calm when left alone, usually napping until they return.   Training & Habits • Walks: She enjoys outdoor walks and has a moderate energy level — playful outside but calm and restful afterward. • Leash: She sometimes pulls, and prefers stopping to sniff often, but generally follows her person’s lead. • Barking: Rarely barks (no nuisance barking). • Cats: Curious but follows guidance and does not chase. • Car rides: Nervous about getting in, needs to be lifted into the car. • Potty: Uses both pee pads indoors and does outdoor potty reliably. • Grooming: No issues with brushing.   Why You’ll Love Milky   Milky is the perfect balance of affectionate, gentle, and playful. She loves humans, dogs, outdoor adventures, and cozy naps at home. She eats well, has shown no allergies, and is an all-around easy companion. Would you like to welcome Milky into your family? Story
Hi there I'm Nala,I am a mature, self-confident dog who would love to find a forever home. I live now with other dogs who I love to play with, cats who I respect and play with if they want to, and kids who like to pet me. I have not had much experience with toys, but I do love a good game of tug. I like to be active, but I am good to just chill out with you too. Nothing like an evening of cuddling with the family to make my day complete.I like car rides, I don't get sick, and I stay calm. My foster says I make a great co-pilot. I know all my basic commands like sit and stay and I love to walk. When I am walking with my foster I stay close and walk at their pace. If it sounds like we would be a good fit, then just fill in the application and we can meet on a Zoom call.Just waiting for you.NalaThis dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement. Story
Hi, my name is Thomas! I am happy, playful, and cheerful. I love playing with other dogs, going for walks, and fetching balls. My ideal home would include other dogs, a yard, and an owner who takes me on regular walks. I am not suited for homes with cats, small spaces, or owners who are not affectionate. I was rescued and required several treatments and careful recovery. I am now fully healthy. I am a loving, intelligent dog who can be a little shy at first, but once I trust you, I am the perfect companion. I am ready to find a family who will give me the love and care I deserve. This dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement. Story
Hi, I'm Lassie! I'm a smart, loyal pup who's still a little shy with new people and dogs. With a patient family and maybe a confident dog sibling to guide me, I know I'll shine. I live happily with other dogs now, though I need a gentle introduction to feel comfortable. I don't have much experience with kids or cats yet, but I might enjoy them. I'm potty-trained, know some commands, and walk calmly on a leash - though running with dog friends is my favorite! I'm affectionate, love giving kisses, and can't resist bones, ropes, balls, or sticks. This dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement. Story
Hi, I am Estrella! I am loving, playful, and very social. I enjoy playing with other dogs, going on walks, and running at the beach. I would love a home with other dogs or children, and a family that enjoys being active and spending time together. I would not do well alone, with older adults only, or with someone inactive. My early life was tough, but I recovered with care and now I am healthy, happy, and full of energy. As a young dog, I am ready for my forever family who will love me and include me in all their adventures. This dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement. Story
Meet Mimi 6 yrs | 13 kg | Jindo mix | Spayed Female |   Rescue Story Mimi came to the Wanju Shelter in July 2024 and gave birth to two puppies, Heokmi and Hyunmi, on August 1. After her puppies were adopted and flown overseas, Mimi was finally rescued herself in March 2025. She underwent leg surgery to correct an old fracture that had healed improperly — her leg bone was realigned and stabilized with a plate. She’s now fully recovered and walks beautifully!   Personality Mimi is a sweet, affectionate girl who loves people — not only familiar faces but also strangers! She enjoys gentle petting, loves treats, and easily forms bonds with anyone who shows her kindness. She’s friendly with both men and women and hasn’t lived with young children before, but given her gentle, people-loving nature, she’s likely to do well with calm, respectful kids. She can be picked up gently (arms under her belly) and often rolls over to show her belly when she’s relaxed and happy.   With Other Dogs Mimi greets other dogs politely but prefers quiet companionship over playtime. She enjoys her alone time and may get annoyed if other dogs bother her when she’s resting. She’s generally friendly toward dogs her size or smaller and sometimes enjoys playful interaction with gentle male dogs. Overall, Mimi prefers people over dogs — she’s happiest just being near her humans.   With Cats Mimi shows curiosity and some excitement around cats. She doesn’t attack or lunge, but if a cat hisses or teases her, she may respond with a quick nip-like motion. For safety, she was separated during testing. She barks or gets excited when she sees cats from a distance, so a home without cats (or with very careful, slow introduction) would be best.   Energy Level Low energy. Mimi loves calm days and cozy naps — a gentle, easygoing companion who thrives in peaceful environments.   ‍ Walking She’s an excellent walker! Mimi has plenty of walking experience, doesn’t pull on the leash, and follows her person beautifully.   Other Notes Mimi loves food and may guard her meal if another dog tries to take it. It’s best to feed her separately from other food-motivated dogs. She’s quiet overall — she may bark during mealtime out of excitement but rarely otherwise. She has no separation anxiety, stays calm in a kennel, and currently prefers outdoor potty breaks.   Mimi is a gentle, loyal soul who’s been through so much yet remains full of love. She’s ready to find her forever home — one that’s calm, patient, and full of warmth.   Apply to foster or adopt at www.adoptmekr.org   Currently in South Korea, available for adoption in / Please also visit our Facebook and Instagram. ##2554784##
